To put it simply Everything, the friendly staff,the very nice building , the great room everything couldn't fault it at all.

The first person we met was Maureen : Excellent. Last but least, Stewart, he speaks french and emphasizes the welcome with local drinks Then Paul, he helped us to find a restaurant on Sunday night. And the lady in black at the reception desk. She had the intelligence to correct my mistake (she'll understand).

For us (french people), the food was english made.

staff are extremely friendly,pleasant and helpful.The room was extremely clean spacious and comfortable.Great central location on North coast.

Nice drive to hotel and when we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice clean bathroom. The bistro and restaurant served great food.

stayed a few times at this hotel and found it to be everything i needed for my stay nice and relaxing place to stay and not far from the beech and staff very friendly and helpful plus the food was great as well

i would not say did not like but the internet wi fi was not always great had to leave bedroom to get log on but that was just a minor detail

A first class experience with the added benefit of a restaurant offering excellent menus at customer friendly times.

Disappointed that the wifi wasn't working. I know Lesley Ann was in touch with BT. Hopefully they will resolve the problem by now.

Loved the location , in a small town which was lovely and quiet but within travelling distance to coleraine and other towns where there are more shopping , leisure and eating out facilities

11am check out - another hour of relaxing in that lovely room would have been ace !

very relaxing really warm and comfortable, clean, friendly, supurb large rooms good food and service.

My husband and I enjoyed our staff at the Cromore Halt. We were greeting with warmth and hospitality and they went out of there way to help us. The breakfast was delicious. They were not able to accommodate to gluten allergy, but they tried which was greatly appreciated.

Dinner service at the restaurant attached was not the most open and friendly. It wasn't necessarily poor, but it was something that stuck out to us as the rest of the service was wonderful.
