Very lovely modern apartment with all amenities you could ask for. Very quiet too. Would definitely stay here again!
There was nothing I didn't like.
The apartment was very modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The photos were genuine and I requested an extra single bed to be put in the lounge which was done and very comfortable. The fact that the apartment was less than 10 minutes walk to the Underground station was a big bonus (Piccadilly line so great access to the centre of London). There are pubs in the local area and many, many kebab places (this is either a good or bad thing depending on your tastes)! Very complete kitchen with everything needed (including teabags, washing up liquid, bin bags)-very nice touch. Helpful and welcoming staff.
The Wi-Fi was very slow and intermittent. The area (Wood Green) did not appeal to us personally but this is a personal preference and would suit most people fine (it felt safe and had cinema, pubs, local shops).
We like that Crompton Court is close to Alexandra Palace allso seen from the Hotel..
I like everything
Good communications to London by tube and very Close to supermarkets. Big apartement, clean, good furnitures and well equiped kitchen. Unfortunately too noisy!!
The window in the bedroom was not at all sound insulated. The street outside was very very noisy day and night, thus we could not sleep. Would not recommend the apartment for a longer stay. Our request for a quiet apartment toward yard was not respected and we could'nt change after arrival.
Roomy, clean and quiet. Good sized supermarket nearby. Easy walk to train and tube (go through Morrison's to get to the tube)
The WiFi. Not reliable and not enough bandwidth for Skype or FaceTime video. Location is a bit out of the way.
Short walk to the underground. Short walk to shops/supermarkets. Great for a family looking to have a base to launch their day trips. All the appliances were near new and in excellent condition, and having a washing machine was a necessity for a young toddlers laundry needs. Big balcony at the front was nice to sit on and relax too.
I can understand others opinions who said the rooms were hot. We had relatively mild weather, and the room temperature seemed to be hotter than the ambient outside temp. Doors open for a while solved this, but mid summer might be a bit harder. I wouldn't let use this as a defining factor though, overall the pluses far outweighed the one negative.
Well furnished apartment. Great kitchen, fully stocked Includes washing machine/dryer and iron Relatively quiet, even though on a busy street Close to supermarket and tube station Wifi was very good while it worked. It seemed to hang up for a few minutes every hour or so.
Terrible smell in the lobby, but just hold your breath as you go through. No air conditioning, but there is a fan provided.
Kitchen was excellent all cooking utensils were there sparkling clean apartment walking distance to parts of woodgreen for easy transportation.
after several correspondence about my arrival date i was still charged for 22nd august though i arrived on 23rd, still expecting a refund of that one day. Phone in the apartment can not dial aout even if you buy a calling card
The area was central. Staff were good. Very attentive. Facilities were clean tidy. A well run establishment ideal for weekends away and families.
Even though it is quite far away from city centre, it is more convenient to stay there and take the picadilly line (about 30 min), than paying for a more expensive accommodation down town. Morrinson supermarket is only five minutes away, so we could also save some money by cooking elementary breakfasts and dinners
The apartment was clean and fresh and had all facilities needed for a pleasant stay.
There was a mouse living in the kitchen which I discovered during my stay, I have emailed the staff about the situation but no one has responded to me, which I find appalling!!
We used this apartment because it was close to our son's new house. However it is close to the tube at Wood Green (Piccadilly line) so has good links. We had a problem with the electric kettle but it was quickly sorted by a helpful young lady. We were able to entertain our son with hot food, which was good. The apartments are very close to a big Morrison's supermarket and there's a quick way through to the shops. Will definitely use again.
Everything was fine.
Spacious accommodation for a large family .
Don't know if it's fair to say distance from central London. But that's precisely the reason it's half the price of similar accommodation in central London.
Great place to stay, comfortable rooms, excellent wifi, very well equiped. Nice people at front desk, near supermarkets. tube station and restaurants (5 minute walk)
30 minutes to central london in the tube, but well worth it to stay there.
response to the speed lines (no reply for all calls I made)
+location +easy access +friendly staff +nice facilities
- a bit dusty in the apartment - bathroom sink didn' t drain water well - possible water damage in the bedroom ceiling - no beer glasses in kitchen
The apartment had everything you would need for a short visit. As my wife was there for a few days before me I was reassured that she felt safe and secure.
Came back one night to find the front door lock missing and unable to close securely. I assume it was in the process of being repaired
Location Size of rooms
Very hot no air conditioning Road noisy
Spacious two-bedroom/two bathroom apartment with well-equipped kitchen offered good value. Close to Wood Green station on the Piccadilly line, which was convenient getting to and from airport and to central London.
Late night street life could be noisy on weekends. Our stay was in May, but apartment was a comfortable temperature only if windows were wide open. Windows had a security setting to allow them to remain open a crack at night but, despite this, bedrooms were often too warm.
the location is near the subway Wood Green, barely 5 to 10 min walk away. the service we had was excellent. Adela was very helpful. We requested a late checkout because of our late flight, and it was granted easily , with no extra cost. the apartment is spacious, lots of space in the living and dining rooms. It has a full kitchen which allows us to cook our meals. At nights it is very quiet.
the bathtub is a bit small. I would have preferred a shower stand, makes it easier to bathe. the location of the apartment is in zone 3, so it was a bit far to get to the major attractions.
Very God Service , staff avaiable in any request, i return back just came in london again, in one Word EXCELLENT LOCATION ,STAFF,SERVICE Vincenzo Cicciu' Ceo Newbwwllc
The flat was very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. Good hot water and water pressure. The location was excellent; so easy to jump on the Picadilly line and get to central London. There was a tube strike for two days during my stay, and the bus system is also convenient from the flat. The Wood Green neighborhood is lovely with lots of conveniences within easy walking distance, including a grocery and a mall. Also a couple of lovely local pubs, and a quiet park just down the street. All in all my stay was lovely. This place is a great value and I would recommend it highly, as well as stay there again myself.
My only complaint was that the wifi was spotty. Sometimes it worked just fine and other times it didn't. A minor inconvenience for me, and I was able to communicate with friends back in the states when I needed to.
(1) Walking distance to tube station, supermarkets, shops etc. (2) Felt safe walking at area during late night, streets well lit. (3) Apartment unit very complete and comfortable.
(1) Limited time of reception counter (though call line available). (2) No lifts for upper floor apartments (max 2nd floor) - good for excercise when have many luggages.
