Location great for Twickenham concert.staff helpful and great service.free parking a bonus also taxis available from owner. We felt safe and well looked after in a comfortable setting.

Tatty bathroom linen. The towels were threadbare and the bath mat was frayed and had a hole in it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff who went well out of their way to assist. Good English breakfast. Clean rooms, halls, and dining areas. Great location within 1 block of Piccadilly Tube and 15 minutes from Heathrow airport. WiFi available.

Still a work in progress - being actively pursued. Towels and bathmat were old, torn, and rough. We were told they are being replaced. Parts of building, e.g. office is still old and dingy. Could use more light in bathroom over sink for shaving.

Short walk to central Hounslow tube station. Tube ride to central London about 40 mins. Good onsite parking. Nice accommodations, although more on the budget side of travel. For price, can't beat for a stay in London if wanting/needing to access the city via the Tube. Also, short Tube ride to/from Heathrow.

If on third floor, you must be ready to climb stairs.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds, good full english breakfast, very helpful manager, free parking and wifi! All round very impressed for the money. Excellent

The mats in the breakfast room could be replaced as old and a bit grubby. This is a minor point though.

The most important things to me are cleanliness and staff. I would give the highest rating for both. The staff was excellent; we had just come off an overnight flight and planned to drop off our bags. They let us in our room at early which was wonderful. The room was very clean and welcoming .

The breakfast menu included a 'continental' breakfast as well as full English. The continental could have been a bit better.

It is located close to Hethrow airport, just a few stops on the tube. But not so close the Jets keep you awake. There is a tube stop very close, making it easy to get into London as well. The Staff was great, very kind and helpful.

The decor in the room was a little 'tired' but this didn't effect our stay and wouldn't stop me staying here again.

a nice friendly run guest house, secure car park at the rear, 2 mins from the tube, a good choice at breakfast. we will certainly use this place again, unbeatable value for money..

nothing not to like

The obvious desire of staff to make our stay convenient. The location of the Guest House, very close to a tube station and near Heathrow. The existence of a parking space for our rent car.

The low standard soundproofing. You could hear every step in the corridor and the noise of the water flowing in the tubes.

The rooms are very nicelly decorated. Great location next to the metro station and if you arrive with a car there is a free safe parking.

Use this guest house all the time. Very friendly and happy to provide flexible services such as fan / microwave etc .. in room. Good bed, TV, wifi in room. Quick check in check out.

Under rennevation,faulty lighting,room was cold and outside noise wasnt good so couldnt really get a good nights sleep.

The manager is extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was great to have a fridge in the room. It is extremely close to the Tube which made getting into central London and going to the airport easy (even with a lot of luggage).

The towels were pretty thin and scratchy--they need to be replaced to match the quality of the rest of the room. There is also a little glass shelf above the sink that makes it difficult to wash your face at the sink-- I ended up getting more water on the floor than on my face. These, however, are very minor complaints. We would certainly stay again.

We were made very welcome by the manager, greeting us at the door and using my name. The manager was keen to help, providing us with a map and was very flexible about our arrival time and return time. Their parking facilities are excellent and very secure and the hotel really is very close to the tube station - perfect for access in to London. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a hairdryer, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing equipment. Breakfast was very good with a range of options available. We will definitely be using this hotel on a regular basis.

It is on the flight path into Heathrow so if you want complete quiet not for you..double glazed windows helped but once open....!!As we were not in the bedroom for lon having come up for Rugby International not an issue
