Clean, decent sized room, free wi-fi, full english breakfast was good. Nice location for Heathrow (4 stops on the tube, which is a very short walk from the hotel). Good value overall, we'd stay here again. The lock on our room door felt a bit flimsy and insecure. |

It was clean and comfortable. The rooom was a good size with plenty of room for 3 adults. The area is not the best but it is very close to the underground so you dont have to walk far to get out and about. |

Staff were very friendly. No hot water on one (only one) of the mornings. (Apparently it had all been used up.) Therefore we had to have a cold shower. |

Very polite manager and good breakfast. There were bed bugs which had field day feeding on my arm and informed the manager at 1.00 am. in the morning who provided me with another room. The second room was dirty and it seems the cleaning staff need training on how to clean a room properly as ther were layers of cotton fluff from bed sheets on top of cupboards and other places normaly not seen by some one. |

Close to tube stop, price Hot water cut out suddenly. Told management about it, they said there should be hot water in 10-15 minutes. Never got hot water again, had to take ice cold showers. Bathrooms are extremely tiny, if you are overweight, you will not be able to use shower or toilet. |

Very convenient for Heathrow and for commuting into central London as it was close by Hounslow Central station on the Piccadilly line. Also fairly easy to get to Twickenham for the rugby by bus from Hounslow East. The roof in the room was a bit low in places and I banged my head. Also the bed was a bit rickety - though comfortable enough. |

Nothing, the hotel is not to be 4 starts. It is not clean at all. The breakfast was horrible although it was English breakfast. The central heating did not work during night. |

It was well situated for what I was looking for (near the airport) The room was very noisy, not because the outside, but there was some kind of engine or machine very noisy just next to the room. The blanked of my bed was dirty, also the boiler (I tried to clean it and even so, the tea was disgusting). And finally, the wifi network didn't have the intensity necessary to get it into that room. |

The fact that altough we arrived at 2.00 am we found somebody to lead us toour room and the place was really clean and warm Sanitary facilities although very well kept and clean do not have direct access (window) from outside for proper ventilation or a more powerfull mechanical ventilation |
