Superb breakfast, large room with double and single beds when only double needed, no extra charge. Large bathroom with loads of hot water, very clean, would certainly recommend to others |

Close to town centre, restaraunts, pubs, tube station and in walking distance to Twickenham Rugby Stadium, Room available from 10:00am to drop off bags and a good breakfast choice. Comfortable room and en suite. Only fault was a broken flush button on toilet. |

Our room, although small, had everthing that we needed and we were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Their cancellation policy is fully enforced with no leeway at all. |

The room we were allocated was very big, nice decor and clean. The fridge in the room was a good touch and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. They pre charged my debit card and added 5% charge for using the card. They informed me that if I wished to pay by cash then they could refund my card on arrival. Not a good business strategy as it made me very angry and I would not stay with them again for this reason. |

The only thing I liked about the hotel is its location, close to trains and buses. The hotel is listed as 4 star. Actually it is no better than a 2 star because (1) the room given to us was so small our suitcases blocked the toilet and entry doors. Next day we were moved to a bigger room & it was called "upgrade" (2) it has 3 floors. There is no safety railing on the staircase except for 1 floor making it extremely unsafe (3) there is no a/con. Only noisy ceiling fans (4) material used for breakfast eg. Eggs & beans are the cheapest on the market (5) the owner 'sunny' is always trying to make money out of every thing possible. At check in he invited us to have a cup of coffee or toast makiing it sound complimentay but he charged us for full b/fast & refused to consider adjustment for the b/fast we did not have. |

Very convenient location - close to Hounslow Central tube station on Piccadilly Line, excellent for travel to/from Heathrow. Very helpful staff. |

Clean, decent sized room, free wi-fi, full english breakfast was good. Nice location for Heathrow (4 stops on the tube, which is a very short walk from the hotel). Good value overall, we'd stay here again. The lock on our room door felt a bit flimsy and insecure. |

It was clean and comfortable. The rooom was a good size with plenty of room for 3 adults. The area is not the best but it is very close to the underground so you dont have to walk far to get out and about. |

Staff were very friendly. No hot water on one (only one) of the mornings. (Apparently it had all been used up.) Therefore we had to have a cold shower. |

Very polite manager and good breakfast. There were bed bugs which had field day feeding on my arm and informed the manager at 1.00 am. in the morning who provided me with another room. The second room was dirty and it seems the cleaning staff need training on how to clean a room properly as ther were layers of cotton fluff from bed sheets on top of cupboards and other places normaly not seen by some one. |
