“ The location was excellent so near tube station. Also very near to numerous restaurants. They stored our luggage on the day of our departure until later in the evening when we were heading for the airport. Very friendly staff and rooms had been beautifully modified. ”

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Looking after our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. The location was brilliant and handy for the theatre and many attractions were a short tube ride away The room was small but it was perfectly adequate for a short stay

Nothing Incheck an hour later than promised. Incredible small and uncomfourtable room, not so-called Superior Double Room as promised. 24 hour music which they could not switch off coming out of the wall/floor.Worst ever experience with Bookiing.Com

Price was very low as there was some redecorating happening during my stay. The builders were only working from 10am till 8pm. The room was very clean although the staircase was very dusty because of the builders. Wifi reception was poor in the room.

It was ideally placed. Why would they want to open to the public when the building is undergoing renovation? There was warning signs on all the doors. Not good!

Hotel was clean and there was a tea kettle in the room for making a cup of tea. They allowed us to leave our luggage in a locked storage area prior to check in and after we checked out. Great location. Absolutely no check early check in (prior to 2 pm). No bath mat for the floor; no hand towels or wash cloth. One bath towel per person. Could hear all noises, TV, conversations through the walls/ceiling/floor. Thin curtain; let in light (poor for sleeping). Thin blanket, one pillow each; no extras. No hair dryer. Staff didn't speak or understand English clearly. Hotel was under renovation; continuous fire alarm checks during three day stay, including no-notice during the early mornings! They should have been limited to late afternoons or after check-out, before check-in as a minimum. Hallways were a maze; doors (Exits) not clearly labeled. Showers had many knobs; confusing to figure out.

Location Staff with the barest grasp of the English Language. Check-out time apparently changed to 10am, from the advertised 11am - notified at check-in. Very thin curtains, sun streams in at dawn. Very poor bathroom facilities & room inadequately furnished considering it was a double room. Only 1 pillow each. No hand towels or bath/floor towel/mat. Bathroom tiny & smelling of drains. Sink too small to wash properly or shave in - plug didn't work either. Tap plumbed in reverse. NOISE! - Doors slamming, people shouting. Tiny lift that only reaches the 4th floor - you have to walk to the 5th floor.
