Modern, simple, reasonably practical, good spot in Crossmaglen Square An overpowering smell of some cleaning fluid all the time. I could taste it for hours after the cleaning.

It seemed to be the only place in town to stay or eat. The town is very friendly place with good pubs but no place to eat other than the hotel. The lift didnt work and when I mentioned it to a staff member the reply was " a bit like everything here today" lift was not fixed during our stay, and didnt seem to matter to the hotel. The food in the hotel was of poor quality but it seemed to be the only place in town to eat. So therefore there wasnt really an option of complaining about it or handing it back. I was surprised that the hotel took a deposit from my card which is not the norm when I book with booking.com

Fabulous personal touch really felt looked after, the friendliest and most efficient staff of any hotel we stayed in. The area is a joy to visit and we hope to be back. Terrific breakfast and a wonderful feel about the hotel that you really mattered.

Stayed here during a tour of northern Ireland and found it to be in an excellent location with parking available. A clean comfortable hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Had dinner at the hotel and both the food and the attentive and helpful service from Sarah the waitress were first class. I would definitely recommend anyone travelling in this area to consider using this hotel.
