Attentive staff who let us check in early. Room was very clean and cosy. Lovely breakfast. Excellent views. It's pretty petty but no bin in the room. |

Friendly welcoming staff, good food well presented, clean and comfortable room. We have the opinion that it may be haunted. My girlfriend was touched on the face on 3 occasions in the same night causing her to wake with a start on each occasion. I also heard a man calling my name just outside the room at around 4am. We stayed just the one night. The beer was disappointing, especially for Timothy Taylors which is my favourite beer. |

Unfortunately, there is nothing that I could say that I liked about the Crossroads Inn during my stay. I would not stay there again, ever. Food was not of a very good standard. Food was swimming in grease. No butter or marmalade at breakfast. A party was held on the Friday night and the dining room was a shambles the next morning. Nothing had been cleared up and the room was filthy. Birthday cake, streamers, poppers, dirty dishes and glasses from the evening meal etc still on display. Loud noise and music until 3 am. The whole building could do with a complete refurbishment. |

The staff were friendly and obliging. The meals were nice and well priced. The beer was good. The breakfasts were wonderful! The bar was friendly and the live group for a party night were exceptionally good. It was a pub and the bar area was very sticky and really needed a good clean all round. The bed in our room was very squeaky and the towels were a bit grim! |

An idyllic hotel set in the valleys of Holywell Green, offering an Old-World pub atmosphere mixed with a modern chic dining experience. |
Built as a Coach Inn during the early 1800's, this traditional Halifax hotel offers a warm welcome. |
