Road noise

The food was excellent.

Difficult to find.

A very cheerful greeting and the receptionist coud not have been more helfull. Were qui relaxed and accommodating in our brining our pet labrador.

had no problems with the room, the views was lovely especially seeing the deer leaping about in the morning. However the meals and time wasted waiting for the food was something else

Waiting for meals, Saturday evening dinner, Sunday morning breakfast and Monday morning breakfast was the worst, we had to leave without even a piece of toast. We waited well over an hour, in the end we left, I had already taken my insulin and then had to drive to a café down the road for our breakfast. Not very safe thing to do. We complained, but the receptionist just said there was nothing she could do. Today the manager called me to apologise and was going to find out what had gone wrong. Not much good to us now, our holiday has finished, and spoilt. The price of the meals is ridiculously high for the amount of food on the plates. For evening meals not much choice. So we will not be going back.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Shower which was incapable of holding a temperature- fluctuated between scolding and freezing. Being charged extra to drink decaf coffee at breakfast! Totally ridiculous!

A few cobwebs in the room and bathroom Breakfast slightly overcooked Rather expensive when cost of breakfast added

When we arrived the room we got was not what we booked and got put in a dingey room we complained and got put in a better one but nothing like the photo on the website.both nights there was functions on and found it hard to park our car in the carpark and was worried it may of got damaged.all in all nothing what we expected and with it being our honeymoon we were disappointed .

The staff were fabulous and very friendly. The food was amazingly good.

Very nice big bed. Spacious room. Liked the fact that there was a fair amount of lights.

Busy noisy road despite double glazing. Single toilet flush not working.

Excellent service and good food with a friendly ambience

Staff where very friendly and helpful. Hotel grounds and where modern and stylish with home comforts, huge bed slept very well. Food was very nice and fairly priced and we enjoyed our dining experience.

Only one grumble, we where recommended the cocktails by the waiting staff and although they where very nice we didn't realise they would be £8.50 a go until the bill arrived

Location Room

Inefficient and noisy plumbing. It took several minutes of running the tap before the hot water came through. Every time the occupant of the neighbouring room turned on the water it was so noisy it woke us up. Pillows were poor.

Comfortable, luxury accommodation, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The restaurant is a must.

Excellent staff. Nice bedroom with power shower. Fantastic breakfast.

No wifi in room 23 therefore couldn't do any work in the evening. Uncomfortable double bed as it was made up of two singles and had a lump in the middle. Very posh and pricey evening menu which didn't appeal to a weary traveller. Extortionate price for a pint of ale - £4.05!!!

Great staff ever si helpfull. Very comfy quiet room , big bath & Briliant breakfast !
