Excellent staff,bar and food. Nice atmosphere thank you.

It would have been nice if a beer garden was available not just a bench in the car park , but this did not spoil our enjoyment of the establishment..

A reasonably priced hotel for a short stay when visiting Inverness. A short stroll into the centre via the castle meant this hotel was good value for money. Our room was small and had a disappointing view of a wall. But it was clean and equipped with the essentials.

The greeting on arrival the helpfulness of all staff the room was a good size and breakfast was prepared fresh

The only disappointing thing was our room never had a view we where facing on to another part of the hotel so it was wall

We attended a wedding function at the hotel, so it was brilliant to be able to stay there aswell.

We both had bites appear within 24 hrs of our stay. I fear our room had bed bugs/fleas.

10 minutes walk from City center, in a pretty resindential area of the town

Bedroom and bathroom cold. Windows draughty and noisy in wind Bedroom drab. Disabled unfriendly. Manager/Owner.? Watched my wife carry cases up stairs did not offer to help knowing I was disabled

Friendly staff, small hotel with large rooms all looked to be different wi hich is more refreshing than everything bring the same. I like the individual feel

Food not great fir price, room was cold, heater didn't work in bathroom, very dated, wouldn't stay again unless price was much cheaper

Male member of staff gave poor service, our arrival seemed an inconvenience to him and his table service was minimal. Sofa in our room had not been cleaned with various stains on it.

Very friendly, very good food.

Unfortunately radiator in bathroom did not work. It was freezing in there (staff remarks, not ours). We were offered another room but had booked only one night. Hopefully it was fixed before another guest was booked in. Large bathroom too so would have been rated great had it been warm.

Really nice and pleasant staff especially at breakfast, and the breakfast had wide selection there was something for everyone, the hotel was within easy reach of the city centre and easy to find. Would definitely recommend but request a room at the back,

Only drawback was that we were at the front next to busy road so traffic noise was quite bad, these rooms could benfit from secondary double glazing
