The room was well set up and ready for us. I was confused on the restaurant hours and the menu. I would have liked to have more information on the services at the hotel. The cost of internet access was rediculous -- 15 pounds for a day. For a country that prides itself on its high speed internet, 10-15 pounds ($16-$23) for a day of internet. |

The reception staff immediately gave a very welcoming and extremely professional impression. They really did seem to want to make our stay as pleasurable as possible and nothing was too much trouble. The room was pleasant and very comfortable. The bar area was also of a high standard with comfortable seating and excellant bar staff. |

I was put into a smoking room and although housekeeping supposedly freshened the room it was not pleasant, and in fact the whole corridor smelt of stale smoke. |

The central location, close to colleges, museums, shops, music venues, etc. The valet parking was a boon. We also enjoyed a well-prepared evening meal in the restaurant. |

2 x 4 ft beds and a smoking room along with mini bar and air con The decor in the room is now in need of a touch up there was a patch of damp on the ceiling and the grout in the bathroom is now dated and in need of the open atrium is a lovely feature giving nice light as you go up the escalator ,however the top of the roof now is in need of a serious clean with so much dirt now accumalated on the rafters and easily visible from the bedroom windows |

Ease of parking. Central location. The beds! We had two doubles for my wife and I and our two kids - both beds were like hammocks and the adults woke with stiff backs and little rest. To make matters worse, reception told us all their beds were like that! There was little sympathy and the hotel stay spoiled was a great stopover in Cambridge. |

Good central location. Complimentary parking a bonus. Facilities good. Cost of car parking without the offer. Returned to our room at 4.30PM and no cleaning had been done. |
