Only the location. It is the worst Crowne Plaza (out of many) at which I have ever stayed. There was nowhere near enough light in the rooms. I even asked to change rooms but this did not solve the problem. The only place in which I could prepare my lecture was the bathroom! |

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything you need at Cambridge. The hotel rooms are spacious with all the amenities. The staff were very professional and friendly. there was no safe in the room which I thought was strange for a Four Star hotel. |

Good central location. Large, well-maintained room with two double beds. Pillows very spongy. Breakfast on the pricey side. Saturday night can be noisy. |

Good location for shopping and colleges. Spacious bedroom, staff curteuos. Good not to be hassled by the domestic staff trying to get in the room in the morning and lovely not to have to check out until 1pm Bedroom and particularly bathroom cold, despite turning heating up. Limited hot water for bath (only enough for one), broken toilet roll holder, leaking shower gel dispenser only 4 clothes hangers....just a lot of small things that made it not value for money |

Lovely breakfast and staff although a bit pricey. Should've been included in the price. Shower was rubbish, a little drizzle that didn't get very hot. |

Valet parking is a great asset as parking in the centre of Cambridge is very difficult and expensive Hotel had put my booking in November rather than October. At check in there was obviously a problem finding my booking but they did not communicate this to me as I was standing waiting. Fortunately I had printed a hard copy and they eventually tracked the booking, |

We had a very comfortable time right in the middle of Cambridge and this was the best hotel we stayed in compared to the other four. I have booked on line twice and on both ocassions my name has been reversed - I am Mr. Kenneth Annett(surname) |

Quick check-in and check-out, convenient location, comfortable bed, easy to access our room non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms on same floor make little sense - the smell is pervasive; room service coffee rather expensive |

Central location in the town. Comfortable bar area and friendly staff. Accommodation of my wife's need to stay in the room after official checkout time. Car parking charges were extortionate and unexpected. |

I liked the inroom facilities - mini bar, bathrobe, spacious room, comfortable bed, iron, good hairdryer. The public areas etc are basic for the prices they charge. |

Location, ease of parking, concierge staff and reception staff. Closeness to centre and shops. Location. Even with SatNav I had a bit of difficulty finding you. Easier next time! |

The location. The accomodation cost during the weekdays and not have the breakfast included in the room price. |

Convenient location. Personally, I like the availability of smoking rooms (hard to come by these days) very cold draught from front doors, up the staircase, to the lobby. Need more variety in breakfast choices - with alternative prices. |

The closeness to all the ammenities of the city. The rooms were a good size and had all you would need. The room we had was on the road so there was some noise throughout the night of people going home from the bars. |

Sorry to say this, nothing ! Lots, bathroom was very tired, only one bathrobe, toilet did not flush every time, Saturday evening @ 9.30 the bar ran out of cognac having booked into a hotel of this quality I feel let down by these problems. I booked a superior room and when my wife and I arrived we were shocked as the room was not to the standard we expected for the price paid. We stay and work in many hotels of the same star rating as this throughout the country. This was the most expensive room we have ever paid for so expected the wow factor, which we did not get. The room number was 343. |
