Helpful staff /comfortable room / valet parking Breakfast did not live up to £15.95 price £15 per night parking normal for central Cambridge but still excessive when added to room rate Total cost for two including breakfast and parking at weekend room rate is £196 per night |

During our 2 nights stay, every night after midnight, people in the streets who are coming out of the bars and clubs were screaming and shouting. It was disturbing and disrupted our sleep. I do not know what you can about it. I think breakfast should be inclusive of the price per night rather than separately. |

The location of the hotel is very good. The Hotel seemed very understaffed. No one to park our car, a service the hotel state they offer. Long wait at reception desk. Bathroom certainly needs up dating. |

Great location It seems that everytime I stay at this hotel they have some kind of construction work going on. Windows cannot be opened. |

The hotel is located next to John Lewis and is about 10-15 minutes walk from King's College - which as a tourist is how I would describe the centre of Cambridge. The Hilton has views of the river and is in a far more desirable setting. The service was patchy. We had to ask three times for water to be brought to our room and it took almost five hours. During this time there was no reply from housekeeping. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet (not included in our room rate unlike most of the other guests we met) but the dining room was understaffed and the atmosphere far from relaxing. |

The concierge did not know anything about the city of Cambridge. The breakfast at £15 extra was extortionate, and the £15 per day to park my car at the hotel was also extortionate. |

the hotel was very nice and in a central location which made it easy to access I didn't like that each local phone call was 2 pounds. With the higher expense of the hotel, I felt that local calls should have been included. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and the local calls were included with the room price. |

we were allocated a smoking room and had to argue to get our non smoking preference,I was only able to obtain it as a man next in the queue was trying to get asmoking room as he had been allocated a non smoking one.The hotel tried to charge £160 for the room not £129 as per my booking, again another argument to sort it put |
