Art Deco at its best, maintained to a great standard. Anyone into Architecture must stay at this hotel. I only wish modern hotels were built to this standard. I was with 5 other familys staying in the hotel, some complained of noise from the Xmas parties below them and heating malfunctions. My room was on a wing, away from the noise and the heating was fine. |

Excellent hotel, the hotel courtesy bus met me at arrivals. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice dinner in the hotel that night. My room was superb - king size bed, free coffee making facilities, wide screen telly, and a very impressive en-suite bathroom with power shower - pure luxury. The breakfast buffet wasn't great. Could be improved. |

Absolutely nothing other than the comfort of the bed. The food and service were a disgrace. I expect a great deal more for £150 inc evening meal. Food and drinks were really overpriced. |

parking was nice and simple. Reception staff were very helpful. Room service staff were great. Food was good. Rooms very clean. The chain lock on my door (room 131) was damaged. It was a bit off putting as the lock looked like it had been forced. |
