Cercania al aeropuerto y enfrente de un pequeño mall Lamentablemente el desayuno ingles debido al excesivo calor de las lamparas reseca la carnes calientes, y aun llegando temprano al parecer ya estan un poco secas o saladas por evaporacion de agua. |

La habitación estaba muy bien, así como la limpieza y el trato muy amable de personal. A pesar de que más o menos nos apañamos con nuestro inglés, no estaría mal que tuvieran algunas nociones de castellano, así como algunos canales de TV también en otros idiomas. Igualmente comentar que estaba un poco lejos de la ciudad con el consiguiente gasto en transportes. |

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto, y conexiones con el centro de la ciudad a través de transporte público. La calidad de la habitación. El personal no habla nada español y que cobran 200 libras de deposito que aun no me han devuelto. |

Los desayunos, las instalaciones, las camas , en genral, la ubicación del hotel, pues aunque está alejado del centro de Liverpool no hay ningún problema para los despazamientos, el sevicio de recogida en autobús hasta el hotel y regreso al aeropuerto. |

Beautiful looking hotel, felt relaxed. Clean and friendly. Surprised the restaurant was not available on the Sunday night, although the bar menu was adequate. Enjoyed our short saty and would use and recommend this hotel. |

Stayed 10/05/09 Hotel didnt have my reservation i showed my confirmation (which i recommend taking) and was put it in for me there and then, staff were excellent particularly female night manager/receptionist and bar staff, real attribute to hotel. Bed was huge and comfy Rm244. Bar open till early hours. Was a dead spider plant in room and dust which had been missed such on arms of chairs and round tv. |

The room was very spacious, and clean , the bed lovely and comfortable, found the staff very pleasent and hotel very clean, would stay again with no problems As there were 2 weddings on each nite the music was very loud and kept us awake,but it did stop on the button at 1am |

Very pleasant atmosphere - room very comfortable and clean - we only stayed the one night to attend celebration birthday and anniversary party, but really could not fault anything. Buffet was excellent and plenty of it. |

My stay was to short to comment accurately on all services. However, due to my late hour I had been upgraded and the room facilities were excellant. The Hotel charged my VISA card an additional £27 without my consent for the unsolicated upgrade. Travellers need to double check what they are signing at check in. I spotted the over charge. With relunctance the CP refunded the overcharge and offered no apology or explanation. This aspect was disappointing.. |

It was the best hotel close to our family who we were visiting that week. The bed was comfortable but had a "trough" in the middle that you rolled into probably due to being mainly used by singles rather than couples. |

The bartender was extremely friendly and helpful. The main desk was also helpful for calling cabs and other information I needed. |

It was clean and comfortable, staff were very helpfull. Shuttle bus to airport which was very close. Nearby train station cheap and easy into the city of Liverpool. Would stay there again. |
