Clean, comfortable, good breakfasts, shopping centre accross road, easy access to motorways, not far from city centre,
Room never adequately cleaned. Beds never made, only sheets and blankets pulled up.
Shower was Fantastic... Worth £100 just for that xx

Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Location for us was good to as we wanted to be on the south side of the city. But if you want to be in the city centre, this may be too far out for you.
Everything. It was good that we were able to leave the car there whilst away. On return our car did not start, so a big thankyou to Justine for helping us with starting our car with hers. Very kind.
I don't understand why the in-room flatscreen tv has the freeview removed. Limited number of channels which, I guess, is meant to prompt you to buy a movie at £10.20

Restaurant is huge disappointment - soup served cold, tough steak & then 25 minute wait to order puddings after waitress brought menu so gave up & left - their excuse was a walk-in of 14 had delayed them - we'd booked days before so not impressed - shall never eat there again
How quiet it was in the rooms no outside noise
My room cost me £113 paid cash £120 an never received any change. Stood at reception waiting but woman moved onto next person

Very nice hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Loved all the pillows and cushions - lush! One great benefit was with the rich furnishings & soft hinges on hotel room doors it was a peaceful and quiet experience - so different from some other hotels! Will definitely stay here again.
Very poor service, staff need more training, only one chef on duty obviously under pressure, long waiting time between courses, restaurant cold and dark until asked for lights to be put up. Have stayed here a few times, restaurant always unprofessional, will definitely eat out when stay again.
Nothing was good about this hotel
Standard layout of a hotel bedroom but with higher than average quailty of furnishings. Breakfast was excellent - very high quality & plenty to choose from (as usual I ate too much). Staff were polite, helpful & obliging. Noting was too much trouble. Would definately stay again hopefully for longer.
Personally I found the quality of the bed matrasse to be poor. From the edge of the bed, I found myself rolling into the middle when I laid down to sleep. When I turned over to try & get more comfortable it gave way again so I didn't really sleep well at all.

Location is great and the design of the hotel is great.
Service standards have deteriorated over the last 12 months. Reception staff/booking staff need to communicate better. Rooms look tired and in need of refurbishment, especially the bathrooms.

Never in my life have I came across such a badly run hotel. Hotel was double booked and staff were extreme rude and unprofessional. Ended up with bad experience first time in Liverpool and formal complaint put in against staff. STAY WELL CLEAR!! Worst hotel ethics and 0/10!! Do not stay. You have been warned!! Staff not trained properly and no organisation. And security all have small man syndrome!!
it was a nice clean hotel with a nice bathroom and linen. The room was well insulated and no noise from the airport

Breakfast in room was rubbish. Even the staff came back up for the money as we where trying to eat it...... Hotel said they didn't have my card details on file !! .... I checked in with my card!!
