Lovely comfy room, access to David Lloyd, great location next to retail park.

Got a parking ticket a week later, after contacting hotel they advised me to ignore letter, just a shame it happened. Staff gave wrong info regarding prices in resturant for kids dining and breakfast prices.

i loved the options of breakfast that was on offer and the room service was second to none the location ideal.

the ceiling had damp stains on in the room we stayed in the tiles in the bathroom above the toilet had no grout around and the spa bath wasnt up to scratch.

The staff who were very helpful.

The hotel was very nice.the decor was lovely and the little touches in the rooms were very nice.

The restaurant.we had two evening meals on consecutive fridays the first was ok.the second the service was terrible there were only six people eating in the dining room.we were left for 30 minutes after our main course so in the end we got fed up with waiting for our plates to be cleared and went to pay the bill .the insulting thing was they knocked the service charge off.what service.?

The art deco style was tasteful and the rooms modernised and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise

Nothing to complain about except that we were informed when we checked in that breakfast for my son was free yet had been charged 50% on check out. This was quickly sorted out to my satisfaction

I liked the convenience to the city and the access to north Wales.

The location only 5 minutes from the airport

Everything was great all round great experience group of 14 down for grand national . Great bed well stocked bar staff first class v. Friendly spotless spot on breakfast

Nothing really a wee bit out of town.

The reception staff were ok not friendly. the bar staff and restaurants staff were very approachable friendly very helpful nothing was too much trouble made the stay very nice. Hotel was very convenient to the bus route

Bed very uncomfortable. Children both under 6 did not eat free here.no facilities for children would need a play table last hotel had a fish tank they had great fun watching this

The room was spacious. Bathroom excellent. Breakfast was excellent and staff were pleasant.

They could have had extra blankets in the room. The room was cold when we arrived, it was after midnight. The phone did'nt work. Too far from the airport.

Link with David Lloyd gym and pools, excellent facility. Large spacious, clean bedrooms. Quiet location. Regular bus service to city centre.Bus stop just outside hotel. £2 return fare. £3 car parking in hotel for 3 nights stay. Restaurants by hotel.

Breakfast excellent on first morning. Good choice, food topped up quickly.On Easter Sunday the staff found it hard to cope with all of the guests. There were no plates, dishes, fruit juices, bread, coffee. More staff were eventually bought in but lot of dissatified guests. Food and crockery were eventually bought in but not a good breakfast experience. Staff seemed phased and unable to cope with a full breakfast room. On Easter Monday it was much quieter for breakfast but limited amounts of food and dried out hot cross buns left over from the previous day.

It was great value for money. It was a very short stay and didnot give us the chance to appreciate all the facilities.

We entered a very cold and unwelcoming room. We therefore waited what felt a long time to get the room up to a comfortable temperature.

It was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately for us, we stayed over the Easter weekend and I don't think that there were enough staff to cope. This was especially true at breakfast time when one poor man seemed to be doing half a dozen jobs at once. I understand that it was Easter Sunday and so most people descended on the restaurant much later than they might normally be expected to do. We were fine with this until check-out when the the people in front of us were asked if they'd enjoyed their stay and complained about the breakfast. They had a 10% reduction on their final bill. We were checked out by another member of staff who didn't even make eye contact. I think that this is an offer that should have been made to everyone or not at all. It shouldn't have relied on the luck of the draw as to who checked you out.

The comfortable bed

I paid for en executive room which said I should get a king size bed. Which when I entered my room it wasn't kingsize and was very uncomfortable. I paid a lot of money. I will not be using crown plaza again.

the location for my granddaughters christening

i was about to write a complaint letter.My daughter noticed blood on my pillow and bottom sheet and there was also spots of blood when i pulled the duvet back. As it was late and reception didn't answer i made do and told them on sunday morning as we were leaving for the christening.we arrived back late, the pillow case and bottom sheet were changed but the duvet had just been turned over, i had to lie on one side of the bed and didn't sleep well. My other daughter was in room30, her shower head had been removed when we arrived back on sunday night so she couldn't shower on monday which was aswellbecause the water was freezing(they did apologise for the boiler problems) The drains in room 32 were also blocked.

I thought the hotel was lovely, so pleased to see that the old airport terminal had been preserved. It brought back many memories
