Great location and very impressed with hotel, this will be the hotel we always stay at when visiting Manchester

Hotel clean and modern ,freindly staff

Toilet door handle coming loose in room and sink needs un bloking warter drainage very slow, , and robes like cardboard need to use softner

Last year me and my partner booked a club room at the Crowne Plaza and were very happy with the hotel, facilitties, service and staff. However returnig this year we had a very different experience. we booked a standard double room but found ourselves in a room designed for wheel chair access and disabled persons. This wasnt what dissapointed us however. There were peanuts layng around on the floor (under the desk and around the sides of the bed), the desk, tv and lighs were rather dusty, there was soap scuz in the bath and worst of all what appeared to be blood down the shower curtain. After such a wonderfull visit last time we were more than dissapointed this time. When paying £137 per night you atleast expect a clean room. All staff we engaged with this time, as last, were great so no compaints on that front.

The facilities were really nice and the decor was very nice. It was modern and stylish and overall a lovely place to stay. I was given a very warm and friendly welcome by all the staff.

Sterile. The bar was fairly stark and felt like a diner not a 4* hotel. The dining area felt like a canteen.

A very comfortable & pleasant hotel. Breakfast excellent. Bar light meal not so good, tough meat!

The room was clean, everything looked good , the way the hotel looks , its welcoming n the staff too and we liked the location

There was no parking at the hotel so we had to use a nearby parking which cost us £15 for 24hr , which was no ideal for us

the rooms were very modern, comfy, and clean, the hotel staff were very helpfull, value for money 10/10, we,ve stayed at a lot of hotels in manchester and paid over double what we paid for this room but this beats them all. very impressed.

was very slightly spoiled by another person staying at the hotel being offensive and agressive at the bar, the hotel staff very quickly removed the offender.

The Hotel is just close to the Manchester's station ! It's really Nice. The staff was really friendly and the bedroom was really confortable. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and the food in the restaurant was exceptional value

Drinks far too expensive and parking was an issue
