Estive apenas 1 noite neste hotel, fomos com o propósito de assistir o derby da cidade, infelismente não aconteceu porque decidi não pagar o preço absurdo que o hotel resolveu cobrar-nos para o bilhete do jogo e por pessoa (800 Usd)

Efficiency and courtesy of staff. Rooms comfortable and well equipped albeit small.

Reception and bar (especially) sterile and overly functional. Not inviting.

Location is great Staff are helpful Bed is very comfortable Concierge service was fantastic

Location for Manchester arena, shops, hotel staff very helpful, rooms always very clean.

This I know could not be possible with the design of the building ,but you are unable to open windows for natural fresh air,

The bed was incredibly comfy and compared to other Crowne Plazas that I have stayed in, the hotel decor was fresh and modern. The bathroom was brilliant, with a separate bath and shower as well as plenty of mirrors around the room and bathroom. The staff were really helpful, and car parking is provided for around £9 per 24 hours just opposite - it is open-air but I found it to be quite secure.

The location is perfect as it is so close to the main shopping centre and the MEN, but the area is a bit rubbish - the street was littered, the locals were rude, and the shops on the same road were down trodden - all of this of course isn't the hotel's responsibility.

The staff were 5 star friendly. We stayed in a deluxe room with access to the deluxe lounge , well worth the extra.

Breakfast was really busy, they might need to extend the eating area.

Bad acoustics in reception and particularly the bar. Non opening windows in room

the room was lovely, really clean and spacious. The bathroom with shower unit was one of the best we've seen in any hotel we've stayed in. Fabulous big fluffy towels and really well designed rooms.

The price of the breakfast at £17.50 is ridiculously high when the lovely cafe next door serves a fantastic breakfast for £4.95!

The hotel was really clean and situated right next to the men arena, within walking distance of pubs and restaurants,room was superb and really comfortable, staff was really friendly and helpful, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel depending how you look at it is the other side of Manchester but very close to a tram stop if travelling from Piccadilly for example. Rooms are clean, modern and have everything I´m accustomed to in other hotels. The introduction during my stay of wifi in the rooms was a big plus.

The rooms are a little on the small side, I was alone but would feel smaller if sharing, apart from this I had a comfortable stay and would recommend to others.

Great location. Exceptional staff who were friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and feel luxurious without the price tag. I will be staying here again when in Manchester

Its situated close to Victoria Train Station and Manchester Arena. Ideal for visiting when bands like Pink are playing.

Everything, the staff were helpful, friendly and prompt. Delicious breakfast, great location for the MEN and Arndale Centre.

Hotel design was lovely

the staff were not very friendly, I had told them that it was my sister and brother in laws birthdays and wedding anniversary and nothing happened very disappointed

I loved the rooms as they were very comfortable and tidy. I had booked two rooms and my family in the other room was equally pleased with the hotel in general. The staff were very friendly and willing to help in any way. I would certainly consider booking again in the future.

Convenient location for the city and the arena. Friendly, helpful staff. Great sized towels!

We stayed in a queen room which was lovely and modern, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful making heck in and out quick and easy. The car park was directly opposite and the walk to the shopping centre and men arena was literally 5-10 minutes each. Would definetley stay again. Value for money was brilliant.

Room was very nice and clean. Because we only stayed one night to see the pink concert its hard to explain the good and bad points. However the bar was very nice and drinks was a little expensive but understandable being in the city centre. Breakfast was very nice and fresh and lots to choose from. The men Arena is 4 min walk away and it has a takaway and general shop just outside the hotel so you can buy and take back if you choose to not eat in the hotel.

On our stay I cannot fault the hotel and all the negative comments are all from people outside the uk as they expect people to wipe the bottoms for them. You cannot please everyone but on our stay it was faultless.
