Pleasant staff, great breakfast... Recommended....
Great location, lovely room fab pool
Swimming pool and spa. Breakfast was included in the price and was very very good. Lots of variety of foods.
Room a little small. Some staff at reception stuffy and unfriendly.
River view Ideal location for shopping and leisure Good pool and sauna facilities Comfortable and good room
Check in was quite slow
Comfortable, quiet, spotless room. Swimming pool fabulous. A delicious continental breakfast included in Executive room price. Great value.
Little touches in the room Coffee machine Pillow spray
Excellent location to town centre. Pleasant outlook beside the River Thames. Would recommend and would stay again.
Easy access to the river with lovely walks. Good free parking. Varied breakfast. Pleasant terrace overlooking the river.
Swimming pool used for children's swimming lessons on Saturday afternoon.
Room comfortable & clean Facilities excellent Bar & dining nicely laid out Friendly welcome
Room tempreture control had a mind of it's own
rooms, club lounge, food, and the outside area and parking was a dream, the staff could not have helped any more, they were just great, we could not fault anything
having to leave, and drive home everything was more than we could have hoped for
I liked the leisure facilites i thought it was excelent i liked the fact that you can walk out of the hotel and the bus stop and train station is within a short distant away
i did not like the fact that i was not told about guest use of the pools and sauna i had to smell the clorine to realised that there was a pool. i did not like the fact that my daughter was only 10 years of age and was charged for breakfast this should be either mentioned to staffs at the front desk so they can professionaly relay to guest on booking.
Next to the Thames - lovely walks Fitness room Executive lounge
Seemed very hot always
Pool lovely, food fab very clean, the manager of gym tho very strict, my son wanted swim even tho he's a teenager had to constantly accompany! Excellent bar and staff, nothing too much troubke
The location was very good and ideal for where we needed to be. The price we paid was actually cheaper than the Premier Inn next door and having stayed in both, the Crown Plaza is far better value for money if you can get it at the right price!
There was nothing we didn't like - if I had to say something negative, it would be the proximity to the main road, but the double glazing keeps most of the noise out.
Great hotel, brilliant staff, great pool and spa , evening meal and breakfast was of good quality.
The spa wasn't working.
Liked everything from the check in to the check out. Brilliant place to stay
Comfort of rooms, location by Thames in very attractive spot, short walk to Reading Centre.
Comfortable, modern room with good free Wi-Fi connection. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for railway station and city centre.
Room service meal slightly expensive (including standard service charge)
The location along the river. All amenities were excellent. There was lots of food choice for breakfast. Room was clean
The bar Prices at the hotel were expensive.
Staff at reception & restaurant 10/10. Wished we could've stayed longer. Food very good. Very well located with easy access to good walks along the river.
There really was nothing to dislike!
Good location, ample parking, excellent breakfast. Restaurant good for choice and quality but hungry fellas beware - rather small portions.
A little bit expensive. The double bed was only a double - normally expect a king size as standard these days. Wi-Fi reception was poor in our room.
Our second stay.Comfortable and immaculately clean room, excellent breakfast, nice Thames-side location, pleasant and attentive staff. Will use again
Breakfast to exspensive
V. comfortable beds & air con that actually works. Lovely views over the Thames.
one mile to town centre but worth the walk.
