Over all we were happy with our stay. We were disappointed that the hotel did not offer a 24hr room service as stated. We arrived at 9.30pm, hoping to be able to eat, but the restaurant was close for the night and room service only offered cold ready made sandwiches with no vegetarian choice. Which were also very very expencive!! |

The situation near the river, the hall and the place where we had breakfast. The room was confortable but not very large |

Staff very helpful and pleasant No chef on breakfast duty, bacon tray almost empty and sitting in too much fat. |

Value for money for a family room, breakfast expensive! cleanliness of the hotel and bedroom. Location to city centre and lovely setting on the river thames. |

the view of the river from the dining room was nice and the breakfast was good. the "family room" was tiny and cramped and there was no river view. the room was extremely disappointing and quite frankly a rip off for what it was. |

Excellent Location (by car). Hotel is on the riverside 5-10min by car from the shopping center. Free Parking available. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Family rooms are small especially if you add a babycot. Dinning is relatively expensive with minimum choices. |

Very quiet and comfortable room. Astonished at the charge for breakfast! Such a high rate encourages people to go to the cafe across the road! |

They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use). |

the new pool, gym and spa were fantastic. Eating at the hotel is extortionate. Breakfast this time last year was £10 with £5 room charge. This year breakfast was £15 with a £5 roomcharge - an increase of 33% on last year. Cheaper eating out! |

Friendly staff willing to put themselves out to help. Allowed to check in on arrival rather than waiting for "check in time" as in some hotels. Good décor, & facilities. Very good UK hotel. Good local restraunts Breakfast was expensive so use the excellent cafe over the road. |

As the hotel was on a major roundabout/traffic route I appreciated the double-glazing. There was a fan going constantly that affected my ability to go to sleep. Even after I turned the air-conditioning off the fan kept going. |
