All 463 rooms are 28m², air conditioned en suite bedrooms, each featuring a host of facilities. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer.

Club rooms have additional features and come with access to the exclusive Club Lounge, offering complementary soft drinks, a fine selection of alcoholic beverages and hors d'oeuvres, a CD library, fax services and international newspapers.

Area information

Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are approximately 5 minutes away by taxi and 15 minutes using the Hoppa Bus service (H1) which departs from the hotel every 20 minutes. This service runs until 23.20. A new service will run to and from Terminal 5 from March 27th 2008.

Legoland and Thorpe Park are within short driving distance of the hotel and Stockley Park Business Park is a 5 minute drive towards Uxbridge.

Central London is easily accessible by train from West Drayton and Uxbridge or using the Heathrow Express which takes only 15 minutes from Heathrow to London Paddington. A Tube service also runs from the airport and serves all terminals and runs into London on the Piccadilly Line.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Ideal location for access to/from Heathrow

proximity to airport.

staff wasn't helpful. Asked to call a cab, they gave us an un-metered cab which charged 1/3 more than the trip to the hotel. They couldn't change a 20 pound note (at convienence store, two bars and the front desk only had coins) at 8:30pm. No food available at 10:30pm. Staff unhelpful w/ transportation questions (to/from the airport) didn't give information about the hoppa-bus. Very poor service

Lack of direct shuttle service to the hotel from the airport. The shuttle had several other hotel stops.

Need to change room as airconditioning and phone were not working in the room initially allocated to us. Staff appeared to be aware of these faults yet still allocated the room .Smell of cigarrette smoke permeating the corridors and lifts

Close to Heathrow; choice of restaurants for dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We needed transportation to/from Heathrow. Hotel information indicated there was airport shuttle but did not indicate any price. In fact, we had to use the Hoppa service that costs $8 one way per person. Bath t ub/shower is very deep and difficult to get in and out of.

Staff superbly helpful with transit and local attractions; very knowledgeable and friendly

Could not get the room cooler. Was way too warm to sleep comfortably. We even traded out the duvet for a sheet and blanket and it was still too warm to be comfortable. Maybe it was just us.
