Crowne Plaza Heathrow  

Second stay with this hotel. So convenient to Heathrow, as well as access into London. Convenience of two double beds which seem to be hard to find in England.

Found out this trip you could eat more reasonaby in the pub. This too should be advertised. I asked about eatng at the desk, and it wasn't even mentioned. After the limited menu and prices last year, we were going to eat elsewhere when we ask in the pub if you could get food nd were told we could. Staff should be encouraged to let clients know about the pub fare, not everyone wants to eat in full dining

Payment for internet services was outrageously high.They should be free! Business center closed a the w/ends so could not print of Boardng passes - very poor for a airport hotel.

Pool and spa complex. Rooms very comfortable and a good size.

Car park ticket barrier was not working at time of arrival resulting in an almost 15 minute wait to get in as the person on the help intercom kept telling us to press the button for a ticket when clearly the machine was empty. Check in was also rather slow which after a long journey and the wait to get into the car park was quite irritating.

The bed were great and clean room. Nice linens and good pillows.

There was no information given by staff for usual things like: 1. parking and the fee. 2. where the room was located. 3. wi fi was an extra fee and the business center was only open during business hours, not at night or on weekends, which meant that I couldnt print my boarding pass. They needed much better basic information.

It within easy reach of Heathrow airport. It has a very good restaurant and a pub style bar with a good menu if you don't want a big meal.

Comfort and cleansiness of the otel and room. Staff were welcoming and professional. I was very impressed by the spaciousness of the room and nice bathroom.

This is a good and functional hotel, which meets the needs of business people very well.

Check in and out can take a while, especially if there are a lot of airline personnel checking in

The room was large, clean and warm, the beds were really comfortable. The resturant was lovely with nice meals and good staff.

The tea and coffee service in room was miserable, in a family room we could only make one coffee or one tea or one hot chocolate.

Good value and easy access to/from Heathrow

Close to airport, and great staff

My room 2361, was located close to the heating vent.It was noisy throughout the night, even thoug I had requested a quiet room, when I booked, and when I checked in. I could not change the room, as I had a 12 yr old with me.

I had stayed there twice before and it is close to Heathrow
