Crowne Plaza Heathrow  

Second stay with this hotel. So convenient to Heathrow, as well as access into London. Convenience of two double beds which seem to be hard to find in England.

Found out this trip you could eat more reasonaby in the pub. This too should be advertised. I asked about eatng at the desk, and it wasn't even mentioned. After the limited menu and prices last year, we were going to eat elsewhere when we ask in the pub if you could get food nd were told we could. Staff should be encouraged to let clients know about the pub fare, not everyone wants to eat in full dining

We found the staff very, very polite and helpful. Even the boys trundliing trolleys of bed linen said 'good morning' Rooms were a good size We would recommend you to anyone and have done so already.

Rooms are big and clean. Location and price are good

Reception serves people out of line. I had to wait. Spa is terrible: dirty, low class

It was an average at best airport hotel Buffett breakfast was very good with a reasonable range and variety

Could not pull up in the car at the front door under cover so in the rain getting luggage out was a problem in that you ended up wet through. No porter to help you with luggage out of the car or up to your room Slow check in We were on the third floor and the common areas stunk, room was fine but as I say the common areas were vile. As it is not near the airport it is hard to describe it as an airport hotel unlike the Crowne Plaza at Shangi airport in Singapore and transfers to it did not exist we had to pay GBP 4.40 each to get a bus to the hotel which took twenty minutes

Bath room was inconvenient. No plug in basin. Difficult to obatin hot water due to poor tap design. Duvet on bed tucked in so as to be toos short.

very helpful staff throughout the whole stay from the reception, bar and breakfast staff,-very pleased. It is one of the few hotels in the area that caters for families of 5 which is great.Please keep it up.

The Hotel was services were excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean and well presented. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Crown Plaze-

i got charged twice for breakfast dint notice on my bill until i got home but it was sortedm

Conveniently close to Heathrow with the shuttle bus. Possibility to have a meal late at night (on our arrival).

Excellent room, quiet and comfortable.

The location is six miles from Heathrow and the only public transit costs £4.50 each way to get to the nearest underground stop. Food can only be bought at exorbitant prices and you feel trapped into paying what they want: The hotel is fine for one night between flights but very inconvenient and expensive for anything else.

The room was very well appointed. Top Notch!

It is close to Heathrow Airport. Good sizes of the rooms.
