Good Wheelchair accessible bedroom - twin bedded, which is very difficult to find - these are usually dble. bed rooms. Bathroom very wheelchair accessible! Parking around hotel on ground level & designated 'disabled spaces' - so helpful! Staff courteous at all times.

I booked a room for 4 adults (well in advance of the date of arrival). I booked a room for our ountbound journey adn the return journey so we stayed for 2 nights, but when we arrived on both occasions there was only 2 cups, 2 tea bags, 2 coffee and 2 hot chocolate and 1 biscuit, so i had to go and ask for more, i know this might sound petty but the hotel knew how many were staying and did not accomodate this. Apart from this we had a lovely stay,

Staff polite, courteous & helpful. Room fully accessible for Wheelchair Guest, also dining room. Parking facilities very good around Hotel. Good location for Heathrow.

Nothing to dislike.

Customer Service Desk was very helpful. All of the staff was willing to make our stay a pleasant one. We arrived to early to check-in so they stored our luggage so we could go into London sightseeing. Only advice would be to take the taxi from the airport to the hotel - cheaper for a party of 3 and much faster.

The room was for four people, there were only 2 tea bags, 2 coffee sachets, 4 pots of milk and one packet of biscuits. The pillows were flimsy and only one each. Need to give a little more attention to anticipating guest comfort.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Airport, but I would have still stayed in downtown London.

This was not a 4 star hotel, I had to pay for shuttle (this charge was not indicated anywhere on the website). This hotel was far away from metro station (under ground), down town, bus station, and outside resturants. If you think you can save money by staying at this hotel you have made a big mistake. It cost 100 pounds for taxi to London, so I suggest get a hotel in London.

Clean, efficient, close to airport

Left electric toothbrush behind (our fault) (Rm 2108) but within 12 hrs tried phoning hotel (on tel no on invoice) - impossible to get through to hotel been trying for days. Given up now.

Comfortable beds.Hotel was bustly with international feel.Shop was handy selling cold drinks etc.Close to airport.

Expensive add ons.e.g.airport shuttle at £4 a head.Dinner expensive and service so slow eVen though restaurant empty.Didn't like the closed down restaurant in lobby.Couldn't find concierge and big queue at reception seemed short on staff.Although clean and comfortable started to feel a bit like a budget hotel on services.Breakfast very basic too.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Having a family of 6 made it difficult for us to locate a hotel that would allow all of us to stay in one room. The Crowne Plaza enabled us to do so with the double twin room.

Yes, the location is isolated so unless you have your own transportation it is difficult and expensive to get out of the hotel for a variety of food choices. Also, though perhaps not expensive compared to other options, the price of the room was exactly that -- just the room. Everything else is an extra charge. There are no included "extras" in the room rate.
