The staff were very helpful - they recommended Akbars on Greek Street for indian food and it was fantastic! The rooms were not really that clean, grubby carpets. Parking is expensive. |

It was very close to where i worked and the hotel was amazing. I was amazed that in this day and age the payment for the hotel couldn't be taken over the phone. I dont have a credit card so my mother used hers to book the hotel with you, as she has done to book the Novotel in Leeds with no problem. When we got there we were told we had no room as the credit card had to be produced to pay. The card was my mums so they wouldnt have taken it anyway. |

Large room so plenty of space to move around and unpack your bits without falling over them. Large comfortable kingsize bed. Good dense blackout curtains so not woken by any early morning sun. Plenty of wardrobe space and good sized bathroom. I had no problems parking. Friendly staff, very helpful. Nothing. We didn't use many of the facilities or restaurant as we were out and about but everything we saw certainly looked very good. |

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were stylishly decorated as standard hotels go. I was particularly happy to have been able to get a free upgrade to a suyite for my friend for her special hen do as the room was not taken on the night. The staff were all really helpful too. The breakfasts and the car parking were not as expensive as advertised so that was just an added bonus. The swimming pool and spa facilities were very basic but okay for our needs. |

we were woken both nights at around 4am by other guests, the second night we had guests banging on our door at 4am mistaking our room for theirs.so it wasnt a relaxing break for us. |

Pleasant quiet room The room window does not open (safety) but that means you either have the a/c on (noisy) or there is no air. |
