Room was very comfortable and bathroom particularly clean and nice.

Noisy guests after midnight. No staff controlling.

Great location within the airport site. Good soundproofing in rooms. Good food in restaurant although drinks were on the expensive side.

The airport shuttle bus was poorly organised and we had to wait nearly 25 mins. We asked about booking it but were advised it was "first come first served". However in the morning we were pushed out by a group of elderly people and the driver was not interested in our protests. I also brought it up on discharge and was ignored.

Friendly staff - nice room

I could not dine in your main restaurant - musak too loud and intrusive, the only alt was Asian so I went to the terminal to eat. This is not what I expected, it all sounded cheap-and-nasty!!!!

The girl at reception on our arrival was excellent, helpful and professional. The staff in the Irish pub were great also. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable.

We joined the Priority Club Rewards offer on a previous visit but were told recently we cannot use the hotel's club lounge which is annoying.

I ordered spinach potatoe curry in my room but received vegetable curry.service was good.

Overall, friendly, helpful staff, a comfortable asnd quite room and first rate food. We had a very warm reception from Anastasia and excellent response from the restaurtant staff and the chef who came to discuss the menu with my coeliac wife. He made a gluten -free gravy especially for her. We rarely get that personal response.

Queues at check in can be long Queues for mini bus to airport can be long but only 10 minutes walk

condecending boredering on rude receptionn staff no tea making facilities had to ask for second og everything despite booking a double room. Poor breakfast. Worst crown plaza that I have stayed. Very disappointing after Izmir Crown Plaza that I stay at frequently

Close proximity to the airport with shuttle service. Comfy bed....nice sheets. Nice towels.

My room was far in the back, I was alone and had a lot of luggage so had to make 2 trips to check out.

Room was cold on arrival and no blankets in room - had to ring down (3am) as just arrived from a hot country in early hours of morning so felt cold. One blanket provided and only 2 very thin travel ones for 2 of us. Could not get the room to warm up using the thermostat as had been turned off for too long. Recommend that the heating be turned on prior to arrivals for early hours of the morning.

Staff were friendly location for work

- rooms were grubby - Beds not made properly e.g. flat sheets not tucked in properly - Heating was very noisy and didn't warm up room - Breakfast - cup, plates cutlery not clean - waited 15 minutes to check-out:only two members of staff available during the busiest period (am)

Everything. Transport to pick us up and take us to the station next day - no charge. A hotel totally in tune with it's clients needs.

The blonde receptionist was really lovely. The TV got Sky the Bar was nice and the bear was perfect
