Aquest hotel de Manchester, de 4 estrelles, està situat al complex aeroportuari i es troba a 20 minuts amb cotxe del centre de Manchester. L'establiment disposa de servei de trasllat a l'aeroport gratuït. El Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport disposa d'habitacions confortables amb aire condicionat, TV de pantalla plana, minibar, llençols de cotó egipci i un bany privat complet. L'establiment disposa de recepció oberta les 24 hores. L'elegant bar de l'hotel ofereix cuina moderna i un entorn relaxat i informal, on podreu prendre còctels, àpats lleugers i aperitius. excellent room with good facilities staff were helpful on booking the room so i could get my flight early in the morning, i was extremely disgusted at being charged £12.50 to park i expected this to be inclusive of my room fee.

The helpfulness of the staff. We arrived late and neither your info in the confirmation email nor the details at the airport made it clear that we must phone for the courtesy bus - we waited at the stop F as indicated in compuyter at the exit, (the cold) and only realised we had to phone when someone else arrived and told us. Pleae make it clearer what arrivals must do to get the excellent transport service.

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport on many occasions, we love the location as so close to the Train Station and Airport, they will pick you up from the train station via the free phone near the ticket office. They will also take you to your Terminal at no extra charge. The staff have always been very welcoming, the hotel is very clean and we have no problems at all in recommending the hotel. Always a very pleasant stay and we shall always return if we have to travel from this airport. The only downside is the price of the breakfast ( if there is no special offer at the time when booking your room ). We usually have the breakfast, but on this visit we did'nt as it was'nt included in the price, it was far too expensive, sorry but that is our only complaint !

I really liked how we arrived much earlier than the advertised check in time and we were allowed to check in. Service was professional and very quick. I have paid less for hotels that do have free wifi, I think the wifi should be free.

Good price for a hotel adjacent to the airport. Excellent check-in staff and friendly catering staff. Food was expensive.

As you would expect for an overnight stay at the end of a holiday, flying into Manchester Airport, extremely convenient for airport and railway station. Staff very helpful, polite and committed.

I was charged for two Cokes which we did not order and for two Martinies, when we only had one! Would like to be reimbursed. Could not believe they wanted to charge for the internet.

Excellent location, staff were friendly and the bar in the evening was fantastic I think the lady was called Madge? She was a delight and we had a great time talking to her . We ate in the irish bar and the food was lovely fresh and hot all in all a great start to our holiday .

Decent airport hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Stayed in Bewley's at the airport which is a nicer hotel. Food was quite expensive.

Able to do a quick in and out to catch early morning flights. Unless they are informed in ad vance they close down their courtesy bus connection at the station early i.e. before 8.30 p.m. in my case. I got a taxi instead £3.00.

Used it just between an incoming evening flight and outgoing morning flight - for that the location was perfect Asked the staff about when to leave for airport in the morning and got advice to leave 2,5 hours before flight was leaving - however the time according to the airline we used (we told that to the person we asked) was to check in ½ hour before the time it would leave and it took like 10 minutes to get to the airport, so the advice was a bit erroneous (we left in the end 2 hrs before the flight and ended up having far too much time still)

The hotel staff kindly searched the address and contact number of the hotel we were going to stay next. We thought the room was small for a four star hotel. The performance of the heater was not very good and it was also noisy.

It was clean, and everything worked. The room was of a good size, and the facilities were good. The nice touch was that the lobby was heated, so we didn't have to wait for the airport shuttle bus in the cold.

Our room was more than adequate for an overnight stay, it was clean and comfortable. The food and beverage facilities were ideal providing us with drinks and an evening meal as well as welcome tea and coffee before an early flight. I would particularly commend the shuttle service which we picked up on arrival at the airport train station as well as to reach the terminal the following morning. In addition and most welcome, we used it to return to the hotel for b'fast when we returned from holiday a fortnight later. THANK YOU
