The staff seemed pleasant and efficient and sorted our problem, The first non smoking room stunk of cigarettes, though I appreciate that this is not really fault of the Hotel. Shower was a bit poor and not much dusting had been done. |

The Crowne Plaza is a pleasant, comfortable, reasonably economical hotel conveniently located close to Manchester airport. |

Extremely helpful service from gentleman who brought down my bags and drove me in the shuttle bus to the Airport. Fast check out wasn't explained properly. |

Proximity to Manchester airport. Staff at reception were efficient The hotel was dirty. The carpets throughout were filthy. I needed to clean the phone in my room before using it.The room felt like a hostel room. The matress and duvet were thin. The duvet seemed too small for the bed. There were human hairs in the bath.I arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and left again at 6 am so did not complain. The Crowne Plaza in my opinion does not deserve its rating and I would hesitate to stay there again |

Trying to get an evening meal was a nightmare. Transfer service poor and attitude of soem staff was terrible. Was charged an extra £10.00 when we came back even though we had settled the bill before we went and all dates were given at the time. We shall not be back. |

Staff were very welcoming and we slept like logs. We both thought the beds were way too soft. |

Its location was ideal for the Airport. Combined with the choice of 2 restaurants, and an airport drop off / collection service - this is the best value for money airport hotel in the area. This is the 4th time I have stayed here. |

Comfortable and clean rooms, near to airport, and free shuttle bus to airport. The price of the food in the hotel, restaurant and snack bar was very expensive. |

The Gardens Hotel has a prime, central location close to Piccadilly Railway Station and overlooking the famous Piccadilly Gardens. |
Right by the M.E.N. Arena and just 400 metres from Manchester Victoria Station, the hotel offers great value, with spacious, comfortable and modern en suite rooms and some limited free parking. |
