The food was good - well prepared and presented, yet not too over-priced. Staff friendly and efficient. The cushion on the bed was dirty - cover needed to be cleaned. |

Staff very helpful and considerate when I requested a room on a lower floor due to my husbands health.The restaurant was very good and excellent value for money The parking was awful and it took us an hour to find somewhere to park.The only real compliant I have is that there was supposed to be someone on the priority check in desk but there was noone there and the check in took a good half an hour on both occasions. |

Very close to Terminals 1 and 3 of MAN The room was quite poor and for a 4 star hotel. The TV was very old. The windows could not be opened wide enough so we were not able to air the room and there was moist and odour. |

efficient reception staff when booking in,good dining,shuttle service to airport was on time,very pleasant and reasonably priced stay .Would recommend to friends and definately stay again. Trying to pay bill in the early morning 0600hrs with only one person on reception and a queue building.Only a minor point but could improve. |

Friendly staff. Nice suroundings. Access for my severely disabled sister and her wheelchair. There was poor communication between Central Reservations and the hotel.The first not passing information to the latter about our special needs Resulting in a stressful 75minutes checking in and staff accommodating us. |

The shuttle drivers were a little sharp when asked about the shuttle to use. They mumbled something about shift change and having worked all night then walked off. A little more customer care would go a long way. |

This is an Airport Hotel, and I have stayed in many, But this Hotel is superb, nothing is too much trouble, the food is good, and the hotel itself very clean and well designed. |

The hotel was close to the airport which we needed in the morning after checkout as we were flying early and the shuttle drop off to the airport from the hotel was very handy. The food and drink was expensive. |
