Accueil déplorable pour un étranger n'entendant pas l'anglais couramment, ne comprenant pas les informations données par le personnel accueillant et du fait de l'entêtement de ce personnel accueillant à ne pas faire d'effort pour se faire comprendre.

The helpfulness of the staff.

We arrived late and neither your info in the confirmation email nor the details at the airport made it clear that we must phone for the courtesy bus - we waited at the stop F as indicated in compuyter at the exit, (the cold) and only realised we had to phone when someone else arrived and told us. Pleae make it clearer what arrivals must do to get the excellent transport service.

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport on many occasions, we love the location as so close to the Train Station and Airport, they will pick you up from the train station via the free phone near the ticket office. They will also take you to your Terminal at no extra charge. The staff have always been very welcoming, the hotel is very clean and we have no problems at all in recommending the hotel. Always a very pleasant stay and we shall always return if we have to travel from this airport.

The only downside is the price of the breakfast ( if there is no special offer at the time when booking your room ). We usually have the breakfast, but on this visit we did'nt as it was'nt included in the price, it was far too expensive, sorry but that is our only complaint !

Good price for a hotel adjacent to the airport. Excellent check-in staff and friendly catering staff.

Food was expensive.

I was charged for two Cokes which we did not order and for two Martinies, when we only had one! Would like to be reimbursed. Could not believe they wanted to charge for the internet.

Excellent location, staff were friendly and the bar in the evening was fantastic I think the lady was called Madge? She was a delight and we had a great time talking to her . We ate in the irish bar and the food was lovely fresh and hot all in all a great start to our holiday .

Able to do a quick in and out to catch early morning flights.

Unless they are informed in ad vance they close down their courtesy bus connection at the station early i.e. before 8.30 p.m. in my case. I got a taxi instead £3.00.
