Friendly and courteous staff who were very attentive to customer needs. Room was spotless and air con worked very well - I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needed to stay close to Manchester Airport.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we had a lovely stay the duty manager checked us in and was really cheery and the young man who served our drinks in the bar we have seen him there time again so its nice to see the staff dont change much the room was spotless and it could not be faulted at all so many thanks to all the staff for our overnight stay. We look forward to seeing you again.

The prices of the food and drink was extortion and we needed a second loan to drink and eat there, but apart from that everything was excellent.

Relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff

Hotel and restaurant were excellent. Getting to the hotel was a nightmare due to road construction. We needed 5 rooms and the online booking system kept rejectin reservation indicating we could not book that many. Booking.com representative fixed that by making 2 separate reservation. On check-in the hotel claimed we had reservations for only 4 rooms. Fortunately hotel had rooms available so problem was solved.

Excellent location for those needing to be at the airport for an early flight. Manchester Airport Terminals are only 5 mn with free hotel Shuttle. First class rooms!

I found the parking costs outrageously expensive. Better give your rental car back right after having checked in at the hotel (15mn free of charge), the night would almost cost you the price of a day rental!

The bed was comfortable and the 'little extras' in the room were appreciated. The shuttle bus from the airport was helpful as we had luggage, they even dropped us at the train station the following morning - a note for those travelling from overseas - you can't contact the shuttle bus from an overseas number, you have to wait until you land in the UK, but it doesn't matter as they came within a matter of minutes anyway.

The rooms are getting a little old, our bathroom in particular, but, for an overnight stay and the convenience to the airport it couldn't be beaten.

Location next to terminal 3 (well 10 mins walking distance)

The shuttle service only goes once an hour on the hour. It should be at least every 30 mins. The check in took around 25 mins as there were 3 trainees and only 1 manager checking people in.

Very close to the Airport. 10 minutes to get to the Terminal 3 (Walk or Transfer) Fast check out. No needs to stay in the line to check out. Just drop the bill in the special box near the reception.

Location was perfect. I needed a room next to the airport. The airport shuttle came promptly to pick me from the Airport Train station.

Lack of free WIFI and no breakfast in room price. I wanted to extend my stay for an additional day. However, the rate was higher (late booking). I would have paid that but the lack of free WI-FI and no breakfast in price was really disappointing. So I picked up my bags and moved next door to Bewelys, where the WIFI was free at the same price.
