Staff were helpful
Wifi tad slow
everything very expensive especially the breakfast. On edge of industrial estate
Steak and burger were cremated, and expensive
Bar food and employees excellent
Hotel is nestled in an industrial estate
Did not deliver breakfast as requested, orders were wrong, phone not working, newspaper not delivered, no hotel information available,
Comfortable room with good facilities
Use of the bar as a play area for children - there was a designated play area with toys and climbing equipment which encouraged noise and children running around.
Central heating was broken in room so we had a scruffy wall heater in place. We weren't informed at reception which was disappointing. Room was smart enough but I don't feel it was worth the money paid.
good value compared to other local hotels
1 mile from town. Not very welcoming route to hotel but very good once inside car park
Spacious rooms/ good amenities/ immaculately clean. Liked the aromatherapy sprays to help you sleep. Fantastic food.
Difficult to find hotel in dark, as very little visible signage from main road. Rooms are pricey, and hotel ran a promo which significantly undercut the rate I'd already booked via this site. Not able to cancel so ended up paying £75 more than I could have!
spacious, clean and comfortable. Good pool. Good food in the restaurant which lived up to the cost.
The large screen TV, and separate shower.
price of breakfast
Helpful staff, attentive waiters at dinner
Hot tub was out of action
Spacious and had spa pool etc
Food in cafe not great breakfast in main restaurant overpriced rooms in need of spruce up wouldnt stay here paying full price bit of odd location in middle of industrial est
Waited an hour for room service, (30 mins was suggested wait time) called again to be told the order had not gone through to kitchen. Found shower products to be empty, not good when already wet. Room not cleaned until after 2pm Sat but couldn't get late checkout for Sun.
Comfortable bed. No noise or disturbance at night. Good taxi company Utopia who the hotel used .
Felt like a corporate business hotel. Not close enough to the town centre of Marlow - out in the sticks! Indoor pool looked like a council run swimming pool not a hotel pool/spa!
Not a lot
Bed as we. Had problems with our room
Breakfast time (Saturday),food & booking out time was very good
Staff were top draw and food was great
We were there over Christmas day period and the pool did not open until 10.00 am Too late. I can understand staffing issues but adults are hardly likely to drown
Buffet breakfast displayed no allergy advice. My boyfriend suffered severe anaphalaxis after breakfast and was hospitalised after a 999 ambulance team had to be called to the hotel. Steer clear. We have had no apology whatsoever.
Friendly and helpful staff, hotel facilities were brilliant and very clean. The food was really tasty and lots of choice. Large and comfortable bedrooms. A great night sleep and we didn't need to leave the hotel the 2 nights we stayed.
The food and drink was pricey, left no money to treat ourselves to a spa treatment.
We had a great time but the drinks were a bit pricey.
We were unfortunately woken by the fire alarm which was a false alarm. It would have been nice if there had been some communication from staff as this happened several times within half an hour at1a.m.I found this quite frightening being alone in the room.
Comfortable well equipped rooms
No water in the room nor in the mini bar !. TV did not work , had to move room in the early hours of the morning upon our return to the hotel!.. Breakfast is far too expensive !
Separate menu to order instead of standard buffet as I do not eat $25 worth of food in the morning. I would also like more elliptical machines in the workout area - the only 'elliptical' was very awkward to operate. The sauna and steam rooms were great but were too cold and not steamy enough. This is easy to accomplish. The pool was excellent. It would also be ideal to open on weekends @ 6 as most of us to business onSat and need to be out early on Sunday am and a workout would be great.
Buffet breakfast was ok - eggs broken and hard - and the scrambled eggs were very runny. I asked for poached eggs -they were VERY good! The tables @ us took along time to clean off so the area was sully while eating.
Clean,comfortable room. Good food.
Breakfast chef quite rude. Evening chef not very hygiene conscious.
