Score from 108 reviews Superb
The room was spacious and the bed was advertised as a king but was more like a super king. The bathroom was very clean and had a large bath and a separate shower cubicle.
The only things I can fault are the drive up to the hotel through an industrial estate and the service at breakfast. The food was great but we were in the restaurant for nearly half an hour before we got our tea and coffee. We had almost finished eating out breakfast and I had asked 2 different members of staff. The young waitress that brought the drinks was very apologetic. Some food started to run out and wasn't replenished and we overheard someone complaining. But there was plenty when we were there.
nice breakfast, clean room
public areas (bar/breakfast) messy and a bit dirty - all extras very expensive - staff overcharged room cost by £50 and having to refund me...
Staff; Room; Facilities; breakfast
I thought staff were amazing; friendly, welcoming and professional. Restaurant is lovely and view out to water is relaxing. Room was fab. Slept very well, large beds!
I thought the spa area, particularly the pool could go with sprucing up. (Repaint). Also the hot tub was not working. However I did have a very relaxing time there.
The staff were friendly and the rooms big, clean and comfortable.
The staff - well trained, polite, helpful, friendly Facilities - excellent Breakfast - more than ample Rooms - well serviced. comfortable bed Pleasant surroundings.
The Hotek was fabulous, the staff were always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were great, we had a standard and it was much more than expected. Would highly recommend
The industrial entrance. The location wasn't ideal for a 'safe' walk - even though our event was only half a mile away.
The facilities were better than expected, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Good value for money.
Half an hour stroll to the centre of Marlowe, through an industrial estate, although I expect if it was nearer the centre, it would be a lot more expensive. The outside of the hotel isn't particularly pretty, but this does not reflect the internal which was very nice.
Rooms were comfy and clean
Location was a bit out of the way Expensive breakfast
Marlow 2minute drive away quaint little town with lovely restaurants and shops by river..
The price of breakfast when booked separately to your room is ridiculous..when we arrived at our room on 2nd to find card key didn't work when we asked a worker passing by he wasn't helpful and just told us to go bck to reception..
Good sized well equipped room, nice modern bathroom with separate shower unit. Spacious foyer and main reception rooms. Lovely grounds. Pool plus gym. Handy for Marlow and free parking.
Breakfast in lounge room disappointing as room was messy/untidy and very little selection of food when I arrived.
The outside doesn't do it justice fab hotel want to go back
The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. Bathroom was very good.
Having never been to Marlow before, The photo of the hotel gave me the impression that it was beside the Thames and not tucked away in an industrial estate and what I was actually looking at was their water feature. The lounge area was awful, 3 T.V's showing football [ yuk ) and a children's play area. very uncomfortable. Prices for food and drink far too high, we ate out. Why don't 4* hotels have a quiet tasteful lounge for those of us who like to relax.
Nothing at all, shouldn't be branded a Crowne Plaza
Cleanliness of club lounge and conservatory was appalling. Hotel bar looks more like a 70s Disco. overall the hotel needs some TLC and staff don't really care at all.
a very smart hotel and fantastic staff
staff friendliness and helpfulness comfort of rooms
lovely setting, great staff, nice room
very uncomfortable beds and disappointing breakfast
The staff were really friendly. Even when I asked for extra towels and a bathrobe, housekeeping was really quick to bring it to the room.

Existence of smoking room Price of breakfast Windows that didn't open enough.
Clean , modern hotel . Staff were good . Had onsite cab service which was very handy for us, made it very quick for us to get to a nearby wedding and back . Very pleased with our stay . Room was very clean and nice big room comfortable beds. Could not ask much more from a good hotel
Good facilities. Nice pool area.
Some noise from other rooms and the corridor.
Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
