“ It does what if days on the tin - fab! The hotel ran like a hotel and every need was catered for. We went into marlow to meet friends for New Years dinner, watched the fire works and then went back to the hotel where we danced into the early hrs of the morning :) ”

Worthing, West Sussex

Hotel exactly what we expected from the brochure It would be helpful if you asked the leisure centre to stock and sell suntan lotion in the summer. We would have bought some if it had been available!

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa facilities were very good - the outdoor hot-tub was amazing! The food in the bar was of a very high standard. We shared the meze platter one evening and had a sandwich the next day and both meals were of a high standard. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel, it was a bit of a maze to get to.

Liked it all, rooms good size, excellent bathroom, decent size fridge in standard room no bad points but would like free wifi, think this should be supplied "free" in all hotels.

Good sized room, breakfast range, prompt maintenance responses (but issues should have been checked before letting room) Lack of written information about room/hotel facilities, unreliable tv service, poor lighting in car park, failure at first breakfast to inform what was available

the room was fab, so was the bath !!! i asked for a quiet room away from the lifts, however, the young woman placing me, found me right next to a marble-floored corridor, so i could hear everyones footsteps, high heels included, that was not ideal to be fair for a noise sensitive person !!!

The excellent and very large tv. in the bedroom. The excellent shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet. The ridiculously small wash basin in the bathroom, impossible not to splash all over the place. The rather dusty/careworn put u up sofa/bed in the bedroom.

The beds were really comfortable with lots of pillows (usually lacking in most Hotels). Nice sized room and great to have a seperate shower as well as a bath. Iron and ironing board a big plus point. Most of the plug sockets didn't work. The mirror and plug socket was in totally the wrong place for drying your hair, making it very awkward.

The room Whilst happy for kids to be in swimming pool (it was full) the use of jacuzzi, steam and sauna should have been age restricted. Service at bar did not warrant a 12.5% service charge. Took ages to get through to reception / room service.

Very clean rooms Internet photo shows beautiful lakeside view - its actually in the middle of an industrial estate. Also 4 drinks at the bar cost £42! More expensive than The Dorchester or The Hilton in London.
