The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our rooms were very very nice. The breakfast was great and the food good in the restaurant and bar. Gym facilities also excellent. My mother is disabled and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, eg setting up a table for breakfast in the lower restaurant so that there were no stairs to climb. Couldn't find fault really. One minor point. There was work going on on the roof of the hotel (which we were made aware of when we booked) but one day the disabled access ramp was taped off. My mother can manage a few steps but if someone was completely wheelchair bound, they would not have been able to enter the hotel. Also the front doors to the hotel are not easy to manage if you are disabled and or have luggage. |

The room was very comfortable - the bathroom was excellent! In addition, the spa facilities were among the best I have seen. We thought the restaurant was over-rated for the standard of food and service against the price |

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is suitable for an easy walk into town, the Spa Complex and beach whilst being far enough away from the noise and bustle when you need peace and quiet. There is no dedicated parking but 'residents' parking permits are issued by the hotel which allows on-street parking. Finding a space can be a pain during bank holidays and high season. |

The room was plush and comfortable with a great bed. The hotel had provided well for our 7 month old baby. We loved the Spa and the pool. It had an excellent location and was very good value for money. We thought the cooked breakfast was disappointing. It was left out on platters under lamps and was unappetising and occasionally inedible after 9am. I felt that a 4 star hotel of this calibre should be proving breakfast cooked to order. |

The hotel was light in decoration and well lit for people with visual problems. The furnishings were attractive and there was a high standard of cleanliness. There was good attention to detail and a concern to be helpful. The hotel is well situated . There was nothing that I disliked about the hotel, but the pool was not easily accessible, and rather dimly lit, for people with disabilities. There are limited rooms for people with disabilities ( eg with a walk in shower , and also hand rails on the wall in the bathroom for safety in getting in and out of the bath for a shower). More chairs with arms in the dining room would help elderly people |

The Accomadation was excellent however we did need to upgrade when we arrived as the room we had booked was to the rear of the hotel , looking over a car park. We will Know to insist on a sea view the next time. The meals at the hotel were delicious we ate there every evening. Parking was a big issue, although we were given a parking permit for the duaration of our stay we were not guaranteed a parking spot so we ended up driving some distance from the hotel to find a park .You are better off leaving the car at home and travelling by Train |

Location excellent. Dinners good. We were allowed a dog in our room, but not in public places, so we had to eat outside (incl. breakfasts). Hotel renovations were ongoing during our stay which meant it was both noisy and dirty. Room was above kitchen so there were constant food smells. |
