Room was dirty bathroom was terrible door didn't even shut, bed was terrible, smelt like cigarette smoke all throughout the hotel
friendly very helpful staff central location free car park
my old pc could not connect to the free WiFi
Polite people that work there, warm rooms.
Smelly, very old, dirty pillows, noise from other rooms- stairs.
I liked that the staff seemed very friendly and eager to help. Also, the hotel was of a very affordable price. I was pleased there was a TV also.
You could feel the springs through the bed. Heating never worked- not good with a poorly child. Chest of drawers was broken. No lift or TV remote. No duvet for double bed, you'll obviously need two duvets for two beds. General level of quality needs to be raised! IIn turn will provide more income and popularity.
Pays your money.. Staff brilliant, we knew it wasn't the ritz but we're happy, it suited us But if you're 5 star it's not for you... Better than hostel
Nothing really, knew what we was getting.. VALUE FOR MONEY!
Location and price
Cold room, cold water, no shower curtain, TV not working and pillow as thin as paper!
Price was good for what you get at the hotel
No heating! No hot water! Filthy rooms!

Tv broke windows broke or nailed shut staff fighting with locals in hotel boxers lying in the stairs all night still there in the morning asked someone to fix tv and was tokd he couldnt no replacement offered shower was dirty room wasent any better no duvet in room just dirty blanket luckly brought on duvet with us STAY AT THIS DUMP AT YOUR OWN RISK u might catch flees or something worse lol
Tha name of the hotel attracts me.
The room was small and looks very old. When we check the bed, the topsheet was dirty with bits of particles on it. It looks like it wasnt cleaned and changed at all. The linens we're not tucked in properly as if somebody has been sleeping on it already. We have to complain to the receptionist on duty and showed him the state of the bed. He apologized and said he will transfer us to any vacant room available. We moved to a bit better room but how they are arranging and tucking in the sheets looks like its been done by a little child.
The staff were very friendly and polite and went out of their way to accomodate me.
My room was cold dirty and in poor condition. There was damp in the corner, wallpaper hanging off, bed blanket army style bed and no hot water. I was awoken at 2am by a fight in the hotel, guests that were verbally abusive, rude and extremely noisy. I had booked for two nights but found alternative accomodation. I have put in a formal complaint to booking.com
Free parking. Location. Take away next door.
Smell. Bed. Bathroom.
Good parking facilities.
Not very good breakfast facilities in the hotel and nowhere else close by for breakfast.
- cigarette smell everywhere - very noisy, you can hear everything - room looks like after earth quake - I wanted to go to bed in my shoes on and my coat on - definitely never go there again - definitely not recomended
The lady at reception was lovely. Room had a bath. Cheap. close to the Peak District. Good shower power.
It's in the Bronx. There weren't enough towels, but some were given to us later after they had finished being washed and dried. The bed was a comedy show, like lying literally on just the springs, it must have been a 35year old mattress. Never felt anything like it. Tea cups were dirty. Very noisy, people shouting all night. Very run down room.
Free parking Conciderate staff WiFi free Pool table Bar and lounge
Nothing disliked here considering the very good value for money
Staff very helpfull Plenty of parking space
Was easy to locate and cheap as we was arriving very late and leaving early it was just convinient
Toilet seat was broken, bathroom wasn't clean. Tv didn't work. Poor hygiene and just of overall not very nice comfort to sleep in
Location, Access to destination
Cleanliness, Comfort of Bed, Lights in the room
The television in the room did not work properly. The one towel supplied was damp. Constant supply of large family groups booking in until gone 10pm. Guests wandering around in nightwear. Bar closed at 11pm Saturday with no warning, although we were paying guests. Unsociable and offensive guest not removed from communal area. Listed as family run hotel, but was used as hostel/overnight stay for less fortunate. Restaurant adverts but was not offered any advice on meals/ table booking or even breakfast.
