Good stay overall

The hotel is clean and the staff on duty were friendly.

The set for breakfast, we have stayed before and you got a much better choice.

Comfortable room.Very comfortable beds.Quiet room at the back of the hotel.Hotel is very pleasantly presented --loved the atrium foyer.Very good value for money given normal London prices. Would stay here again.

Bit of a trek into the city centre ---- though this is, of course, reflected in the price. Pity the PanAsia restaurant wasn't open on the Sunday night we spent in the hotel.Alternative local choice is very limited.

From the moment I arrived to the check out the staff answered all my question about transport links, local knowledge and the rooms were new, beds were comfy. Will be back

Good quality hotel

Very quite room and comfy bed. The foyer was also quite stylish with a modern feel.

Temperature of water in shower didn't seem to want to rise above tepid. Would also suggest that they consider including herbal teas in their selection of beverages in the rooms.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay with crown moran.

De rooms are clean and tidy Personell in the restaurant is very friendly

The staff at the desk is very "formal" The bar/pub located next to the main hall is overcrowded and very noisy.

Great hotel. It is better than the photos. Clean, confortable, nice staff. A bus station is located in front of the hotel. Next time we will stay again in this hotel with our two-years-old son.

The only negative thing is the location. Its a bit far from downtown. Approximately half an hour by bus.

- They lost my reservation - booked twin-bed room not available on arrival - The on duty manager called Zlotan was very rude and not professional. - 5 minutes by bus from the subway

Good hotel pool (quite large), large clean rooms, staff put our two rooms next to each other as requested so our children were reassured. Breakfast was large and quite good quality.

The hotel was hosting a wedding and the guests were very noisy and drunk. Thehotel should try to keep all the wedding guests in one area... Service at the breakfast was a little shaky.

Beautiful, clean, quiet. Lounge, restaurant, pool. Friendly, knowledgable staff.

courtesy was great/ always ready to assist.

Excellent hotel. Fantastic facilities. Fairly ok food in the two restaurants. Good choice of fast food options nearby (if need be). Better value for money than other hotels with same facilities.

Tube station is a small bus ride away (not too much of a problem, as the bus frequency is good)

Car parking is not made clear from the road and is quite difficult to access

Not the best area, expensive to park at the hotel but there's a b and q around the Corner where you can park over night for free!

Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was huge. Pillows were ridiculously comfortable. Price at the weekends very good. Restaurants and a very nice pub attached to the hotel. Hotel has a feel of luxury.

Could hear live band (every Friday apparently) from my room on the 4th floor. TV reception not the best and would expect a flatscreen these days.

I'm impressed. Very good hotel in London, clean and comfortable.

Bathrooms, room amenities, staff and service were excellent.

Girlfriend didnt sleep well in the bed, tv definately needs upgrsding to flatscreen as you would expect from 4 star hotel- unable to connect blu ray player we bought with us for stay duration. Availsble plug sockets were too low to dressing table not allowing hair clippers to be plugged in. Had to have special adaptor bought up to room which took time and disrupted plans.

Rooms more spacious and comfortable than we expected. Staff on desk always helpful. Very enjoyable stay!

Price of car park

Lovely size room, beds were very comfy! Nice size bathroom. Good location for exploring London and relaxing after a theatre trip!

Room was a little too hot, even after adjusting temperature!

the look of the hotel. lobby was bright and nicely designed

cold showers every morning we stayed there. when i asked at reception i was told it was because it was near checkout time amd dat it would be hotter later.i didnt think this was a good enough excuse. it wasnt dat hot later either
