Crown Moran Hotel

Hotel is very comfortable and clean. I like the food served in the breakfast (variety, taste and freshness is perfect). Best value for the money I paid.

Location is considered to be far from the center. However the bus stop in front of the hotel provides coaches every three minute to the center or to the tube. Do not hesitate to be far away from the center for this perfect service.

Brillant location super public transport straight outside the door. Ideal for a sightseeing visit or a shopping visit. Lovely hotel. Great Value

There was a sort of damp smell in the room when we went in first but not worth complaining about.

breakfast was very poor, we arrived for breakfast at 09:45 on the Sunday morning and there was very little choice remaining

I liked that it was close to london city with all forms of transport within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The food in the Sitric bar/grill was very good

I felt the adjoining crown pub needs to focus on customer satisfaction. On a number of occasions I was left waiting to be served on the residence side while a number of bar staff were on the other side of the pub. I also had lunch there on one occasion and found it to be very unsatisfactory.

It was only a couple of stops on the tube from Wembley

The staff directed us wrong with just about everything. I called to ask how to get there and the girl directed me to a station that was at least 2 miles walk to the hotel. They also directed us wrong to get back into town!! We worked out not to ask in future and just study the tube map ourselves

Nice Friendly Staff, Lovely Rooms

Website Advertises that the Hotel is 5mins walk from Wembley, thats the reason i booked it. It was Not 5mins walk, It was 15mins in a Cab!

Excellent facilities and the staff were very helpful. Bar staff also very good.

I was very pleased with the location, service and courtesy shown by the staff.

Having to return my evening meal which was cold and did not match what was written in the menu - for a hotel of this standard, this is not good enough. Fortunately, amends were made as I was then not charged for the meal.
