Crown Moran Hotel  

Overall the hotel was very clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was fine and good value. I had an issue with a meal one evening but it was quickly resolved and without fuss. It is a little too far to walk to Kilburn tube station however the buses stop right outside the hotel and take only 5 minutes so it's easy to get into the city.

Gym was a bit poor - no cups for water, tv remote was locked away (buttons on it were all broken) and the running machines didn't work. I had some dry cleaning done but the dry cleaning bag wasn't replaced, it should just be done automatically. The area around the hotel isn't great and not somewhere you would take a walk around which is a shame as the hotel is actually quite nice.

Location was abit far from famous places, and it was in a not quite tidy and a bit crowded street.

We had booked a double bed and got given a twin bedded room. The sink in the bathroom was so low it was stupid. No where to put your washbag etc. Only place was the toilet cistern but the toilet has no seat cover so you risked ya toothbrush falling in the loo!!! The bath side was very high ,so when I got out of the shower my foot slipped and I caught my leg on the sharp side of the bath. I have a very painful colourful bruise now on the underside of my knee. The rooms had no sound proofing so we were exposed to the other guests converstions, drawer opening,toilet flushing etc!!!!

The staff are very friendly and the breakfast very good

On my second night, there was a wedding reception in the hotel, so was not very impressed to be in a room next door to the disco!!!!!!

Staff from front desk to cleaning were all very nice and helpful.Pickup service for first time customers would be a help.

Modern, comfortable, friendly and efficient staff. Perfrect location for our requirements on this trip to London.

I arrived at the hotel it was nice I had food in the bar that I had to send back twice, when I went to pay my food bill it was wrong, there was only three food tables in bar, I went to check out and my food was not on the bill, I was confused, there did not seem to be any supervision in the hotel.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room also the excellent food

The only problem was the swimming pool was out of order

Our first time staying at this hotel and it was very good. Friendly staff, comfortable room and restaurant food very good. Breakfast very good and hotel generally clean and comfortable.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool and spa were not in use, even though we were offered the use of facilities 5 minutes away from the hotel. We would have preferred to stay on site to use the leisure suite.

Smart, clean, spacious, inviting lobby. Large rooms with comfortable bed and high quality bathroom. Very good breakfast

Heating in rooms is by air and is noisy Area is not great

Comfortable beds, nice atmosphere, helpful staff. Food at the restaurant was good.

The room was very cold even with the air conditioning set at the warmest temperature and was hard to turn off.
