Nous avons apprécié la piscine, et les petits déjeuners copieux dans un cadre très agréable. Nous avons eu des problèmes de transport pour parvenir à l'hotel (ligne de métro arrêtées, bouchons pour le bus en soirée... |

architecture intéressante, personnel affable et compétent, petit-déjeuner copieux,piscine et sauna ouverts tard comme la salle de sports,environnement sympathique pluri-ethnique et petits restaurants exotiques aux alentours,rapport qualité-prix. le jacuzzi était malheureusement en panne.Un peu bruyant cependant du fait de porte et cloisons minces.Matelas un peu creusé. |

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Crown Moran Hotel, le petit-déjeuner était copieux et très bon et le confort de la chambre était très bon, en rapport avec le prix. |

Propreté des lieux - confort - esthétique - prix convenable Personnel vraiment pas très agréable avec un acceuil agressif et froid - personne ne fait l'effort de parler Francais ou de parler la langue Anglaise plus lentement - Hotel aseptisé sans grand charme - petit déjeuner un peu lourd, pas trop raffiné |

The Hotel was well maintained and the staff are professional. The room we had could not be faulted, it was spacious, clean and more than suited our overnight stay. I thought the value for money was excellent, I manage a Hotel in York and the rate was only slightly higher than my 2 star property on a weekend. My husband thought the food quality could have been better, we had a late lunch in the bar and the member of staff was working alone and quite busy, it took about 45 minutes for 2 meals to arrive. He did explain the kitchen was busy and he did a good job under the circumstances. Breakfast was adequate in the bistro but not a huge amount of choice as you can find in other chain hotels. It was enough and of good quality though. |

Staff were smart, polite and professional and the hotel was very smart and clean. I ate in the Carvery; the meal was excellent and good value for money. The late opening of the bar was also appreciated! The sourrounding area. |

The reception area was beatiful - and the Crown pub next door did amazing food. The rooms was really clean and a good size and the bathroom was large and very clean - The breakfast next day was very good quality and set us up for the day's sightseeing. The staff were very helpful helping us find Wembley stadium on the Saturday night too |

The room was clean and tidy. With the windows closed there were no sounds from outside. We had to queue for breakfast which we thought was ridiculous for a 4-star hotel. Also breakfast was chaotic. Refilling took a long time. In the evening the pub wasn't the standard English pub we had hoped it would be. The music was on a very high volume and the lighting didn't make the place any more agreeable. The staff were all eastern european, so we might as well have gone to Prague. |

We had a problem with the shower - faulty valve so no cold water the staff were very helpful - although the shower could not be fixed during our stay we were offered another room. On the whole the staff were very helpful, it was clear it was a very busy weekend and trying to accommodate everyones needs. I was annoyed when we arrived as we couldnt park the car to begin with due to a wedding going on and the guests taking all the parking, but when we arrived back later that night we were able to park |

The crown pub onsite providing food at a reasonable price and use of the swimming pool. The a/c was leaking and dripping onto the carpet which left a musty smell in the room. The sauna and jacuzzi were not working. |

The room was spacious, very clean and comfotable. The staff helpful, the pub attached was good - pub prices instead of hotel prices! Good location for Wembley stadium and shopping at Brent Cross. Pool could be warmer! |
