Very central to Buckingham Palace and most of the tourist attractions in London Rooms did not get cleaned till very late in the day. Internet was listed as free on the internet but ended up being excessively expensive. Staff not very helpful. |

Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. |

Rapporto qualità/prezzo non buono. Stanza piccola e con arredamento non da quattro stelle. Bagno vecchio con addirittura uno specchio opaco. |
