Good value for money and excellent location. Rooms and bathroom are tiny. Difficult if you have a lot of luggage. |

I liked that the hotel is near Paddington train station to have an easy and fast access to Heathrow airport. The breakfast was continental, but the start time is too late - 8.00am and secondly the coise of food was very poor. |

The hotel is situated in a very good area, very near Oxford St. The staff is very friendly. We also liked the fact that they had WiFi. We did not like the fact that the WiFi worked only around the ground floor and not on the upper floors. The breakfast was not very rich, but they give you extra things if you ask for it (although this makes you feel like a beggar). |

The cleanliness, the excellent service provided by the staff, and the location in the city. The room was smaller than we had expected, and there was nowhere to relax apart from the bed. |

The staff was very accommodating. They were cordial and friendly and the bed and towels were changed daily which was nice. The room was just too tiny and the carpet quite dirty and the furniture in the room was broken. |

There was no hot water. The TV did not work and the room was too small. I was going to stay for three days, but I stayed just one day and moved to another hotel. |

The hotel was very close to tube stations, and there were also plenty of places to eat and local shops too. As a lone parent I felt very safe in hotel and area. When I mentioned to the man on the reception desk the problem with noise from next room he moved us to a much better room. The size of the rooms, I have stayed in London hotels before but never in such a small room, my bathroom was bigger than the little attic room we were given. Also the walls were like tissue paper and you could hear every single little noise from the people in the next room!!! |

Crownwall Hotel is located near ( 10/15 minutes by foot) two tube stations ( Paddinton and Lacaster Gate). Hyde Park is near too. Rooms are little and didn't be clean every day. |

There were clean sheets and the room was ok The room was tiny, I could almost touch the walls with my arms across! The shower was quite dirty with scum around the soap dish, and the hand basin was so tiny you had to practice target to wash your hands... Please make sure you look into the kettle before you use it, mine was black inside... I asked reception to replace it and they did it very fast. |

The hotel has a very good location. Quiet environment. Though it's not too comfortable, the room and bathroom are very small. But it's OK if you just need a bed where to sleep for a night or two. The window was locked (not possible to open), no fresh air. |

I liked that towels were changed every day, microwave (as we were 4 adults with little child in quad room), heating control (in fact we turned it off in January :)). Hotel has a lift - it is very comfortable with baby buggy. Room was cleaned every day, but nobody cleaned the carpet floor. Poor breakfast - flakes, toasts, jam, sometimes cheese or cruasants. Bad coffee, but tasty butter :) |

Location, location, location. 5 minute walk to the tube and good restaurants. Lots of little convenience stores to pick up your water, juice, toothbrushes, etc. very close by. Easy walking distance to Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens and Palace. It's a good place to rest your head, but little else. It does have a microwave & water kettle in room. Sparse, but ok breakfast. We had the family room that was little more than a regular sized room with extra beds shoved in. Little to no luggage storage room for a family. No fridge. Most of the staff could use some people skills. Must go ask for a hair dryer if you need one. Only english-style electrical outlets in room. Very noisy in the hotel. Need to take more time cleaning & with basic maintenance. |
