This 17th century, luxury, boutique hotel is the only 4-star hotel in the center of Lancaster, and is superbly situated in the heart of the city.
Score from 342 reviews Excellent
This hotel is in in the center of the city, 200 yards from Lancaster Castle and just over a quarter mile from Lancaster Train Station. It has free Wi-Fi, and limited free parking on site.
Score from 399 reviews Good
On the banks of the Lune River, the Holiday Inn Lancaster features an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Just off Junction 34 of the M6 highway, the center of Lancaster is a 30-minute riverside walk...
Score from 476 reviews Very good
Approx 4 min walk from train station. Staff very friendly, accommodating and there if you need anything. Rooms 1 - 3 located behind the hotel are perfect for a group of friends Joe and Jill are very approachable and friendly. This was my second visit to Crows Hotel and I will definitely be back.
Very friendly staff - breakfast very nice
Shower head broken
No chair in the room had to kneel down to do hair. Bathroom door did not shut.
Road noise. scruffy room, grubby towels. Feather duvet I was allergic to and no option to change.
We had an excellent stay. would stay again. Great breakfast. Staff friendly. Room was spacious. Nice big bed. Also is in a great location.
Very welcoming and helpful staff who sorted a taxi for me within seconds when I arrived with 6 minutes to check in and get to the theatre. Thoroughly recomended.
Nicely appointed room.
No problems at all.
The stuff!!!! Adorable!!
Can't think of anything really!! I liked it ALL.
Owner was friendly and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Central location in Lancaster so attractions, railway station, restaurants, shops and cinema were all easy access by foot. I would stop at this hotel again.
There was slight street noise from traffic. Parking was limited but there is an excellent secure car park near by.
Road work out side untill 11.00pm. I know it's not the hotels folt!!!!!!! But still noises.
Bed was clean room was not a bad size. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk
Bathroom was very poor - nowhere to put wash bags, light over mirror didn't work, the shower tiles desperately needed regrouting they were going black, no chair for the dressing table and the mirror was falling off. Very noisy from 5am with traffic. We had to go outside to go back inside We will not stay there again it is not really good value for money
Too much to list and not enough hours in the day.
There was NOTHING to dislike.
exceptionally helpful and friendly staff good breakfast catering to all tastes
outside door and steep stairs to room but it was not a problem !
Provided plenty of coffee, tea and milk. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Central location.
Room not cleaned during our 2 night stay. Having to go outside in the rain to get in to reception and breakfast. Limited tight parking. Use of the term "luxury en-suite" misleading.
Location, cleanliness, staff welcoming, great breakfast, free parking on site...
Wifi poor in room - Didn't sleep well but no fault of hotel.
Room service was good, breakfast was good.
The bedroom was too warm at night could'nt open window because of street noise
Good clean room
Room at the front of the hotel, lots of traffic noise. Poor parking can only take 3 cars.
Road noise. Wi-Fi conectivity. No chair in the room
Due to major traffic hold-ups we arrived very late (nearly 2 AM). Our hosts arose promptly to admit us and were courteous and helpful both then and the next day when we wanted to leave our car beyond check-out while we helped our son move into his University digs. A quiet, spacious, well-appointed room and a well-cooked full-English breakfast the next day - perfect after a difficult journey!
Very prompt breakfast service and lovely food. Newly re-furbished room with lovely new carpet. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds! Evening meal in the linked restuarant was excellent quality and very good value.
Right in the centre of Lancaster, we were given a great welcome by the manager and the room was great. After a good night out, we returned to the room, had a great sleep and didn't find the location noisy at all (despite its very central location). Breakfast the next morning was excellent and once more the staff were very friendly and helpful. We could not fault a thing.
The hotel is ideally located close to the train station, bus station and the shops and bars. The rooms were spacious (twin rooms had a double and a single bed). Parking was available and the owners confirmed the spaces we could reserve prior to our stay. Free wifi and lovely breakfasts with plenty of choice - cooked to order. All the staff there were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Good location, near train station.
Poor wifi coverage. Located in busy street. Noisy traffic.
Lovely comfortable bed, staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel needs a lounge where guests can sit and chat.
