Clean room, friendly staff, easy access to Glasgow or Edinburgh, parking facilities. A bit expensive having in mind that there was no breakfast included in the room price. |

It was near to friends and family. Parking was free. Tea and coffee available in bedroom. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Paint spots on floor of bathroom and door made it look grubby. I had a bath and then the next 3 hours were very noisy! From the pipes filling up the water tank, I assume. Also we were next to the Function Suite and it was very noisy too. We didn't get much sleep at all! |

The shower didn't work. Stain on the carpet. Difficult to find - directions are poor and they do not provide a street address or intersection...Google maps lists 2 different Crowwood Hotels (one being the Halo) in 2 different locations, though when we followed the directions to the "Halo", there was nothing there but an empty lot. |

The best hotel around this area, which I could find anyway. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Staff were very good. |

I was only there 12 hours, but the room was clean and comfortable and I was not disturbed by any noise during the night. I didn't have chance to sample any of the food due to my time restrictions. |

I thought the Hotel was very short staffed. Also there was only a panel heater in the room and it was quite cold. I would have liked a smoking room as we were on first floor and had to go outside to smoke and it was very cold. |
