Friendly staff but apart from that very poor

Noise noise noise. Noise continues until 3pm in the morning from the pub outside to passing vehicles and drunken pedestrians. The noise starts again at 5pm. There is no double glazing and ill fitting windows that do not close properly. Place is shabby and smells of cooking all the time with the washing machine on constantly.

It was clean , had everything we could have wanted , even scissors 2 cut open coffee sachets, we both said we could live here ....just perfect ...

Liked the Kitchenette, cleanliness and excellent heating system. No Complaints at all, and If I have to stay again in uk, it will be my logical choice to stay in this hotel.

Good value for money. Tulsi ApartHotel is situated in a good location in Central Croydon, easy to find and near to buses, shops and restaurants, and only 15 minutes walk to the East Croydon train station. I stayed in a single room for two nights and really liked it. I was impressed by the size of bathroom and the facilities included. It was far better than other London's 3* hotels that I stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also the Wi-Fi internet connection was really good.

The only thing I needed it was a bedside light for reading in the evenings.

the workers are good and it is near everything .shopping .buses .train stastion. its very easy to go were ever you want to go

I was expecting the room to be bigger. There was no-where to put the suitcases.

Il prezzo è buono, specialmente facendo il confronto con le altre offerte londinesi. La posizione è anche abbastanza buona per visitare Londra, tenendo conto che la vicina stazione di East Croydon (ci si arriva in bus: 3 fermate o in 15 min a piedi) si trova a circa 20 minuti di treno da London Victoria (e i treni sono frequentissimi: mai aspettato per più di 5 minuti). Per chi non prevede l'acquisto della tessera turistica per l'utilizzo della metro e dei treni (circa 54£ per 7 giorni), bisogna preventivare circa 10£ al giorno per gli spostamenti in treno/bus. Croydon stessa è una cittadina piacevole: piena di ristoranti di buona qualità e centri commerciali, e ben servita da bus. Di fronte all'appartamento c'è un ottimo ristorante indiano, e molti altri bar e ristoranti che purtroppo non ho avuto occasione di provare :) L'appartamento viene principalmente usato per viaggi di affari, quindi generalmente gli altri ospiti sono silenziosi e tranquilli. Ultima cosa, ogni giorno vengono forniti asciugamani puliti: non è necessario portarseli da casa :)

La camera è piccola e non molto isolata acusticamente: si sentono molto I passi dal corridoio, gli scricchiolii dal soffitto in legno e le voci dalla strada. Nessuno dei due problemi è stato comunque particolarmente grave per noi.

L'équipement permet de cuisiner correctement et de réduire les frais du WE. La literie est confortable.

Nous avions occupé 3 chambres dont une très grande ce qui permettait un regroupement des familles. Celle-ci était très lumineuse et très agréable mais bruyante car placée à l'angle de la grande rue.

Location + accessibility was good. the room and Bathroom was good. Cooking facilities were fair. The cleanliness was good - the room was given a quick going over on Sunday of my stay.

Broadband offered was poor - unable to access from the room. a little noisy but was acceptable for part of town and busy apartments.

泊まるだけでは設備は十分 冷蔵庫，電子レンジ，テレビ，アイロン，ドライヤー，簡易キッチン，扇風機．．． 一切気をつかわなくてよいし，料金も安かったし満足

Close to train and shopping centres. Very helpful staff. Free use of washing machine and Dryer. Rooms cleaned spotlessly daily, great place to stay.

It's more like an apartment: bathtub/shower, small kitchen, little tv. Very nice, trains go to and from and to London Victoria very often, even in the middle of the night. We were two hours early, but everything was already cleaned, so we were allowed in. Walking to the train station is not a problem (first time is a little hard, print the route from east-Croydon train station at home). Close to the Croydon main street, but no problems with sound. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 4 days, we were very pleasantly surprised!

Unheimlich netter Service! Die Mitarbeiter waren sofort zur stelle, wenn man sie brauchte! Sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit!

Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer Nr.7 gestunken...so als hätte jmd. 3 Monate lang hintereinander jeden Tag indischen Curry gekocht...das reinkommen bei geschlossenen Fenstern war da etwas unangenehm! Und der Lärm vom Pub gegenüber!
