Actually I didn't like anything about the hotel . I had business for 3 days and it was ok option to choose Hotel Staff - bad...bad !! No Wifi in rooms . There is nothing in the complimentry breakfast...only cereal and one toast ( that too on request ) . I booked a double room but had to stay in triple room , they say they did not book a room for me .

Hotel was dirty, staff service was so poor I didnt actually think I was a guest. If you want somewhere cheap, stay at home. I have never stayed anywhere like it - stay at home if this is your choice

Car parking was free. This hotel deserves the designation of a lodging house only. Hotel is a stretch. There is no bar or restaurant and the building is somewhat run down. Also the facility appears to be providing temporary housing to families. Staff were not friendly and were more interested in having a chat in Arabic than in English.

Breakfast This hotel is in poor built condition. It appears and feel as though the building is in very poor repair but new carpets, curtains and a wollop of fresh paintto the walls. The kettle and the TV in the twin room not working. As classified as a 3 star and not within the city surcharge area I was shocked at the standard of the hotel. This level or standard of facility is more like a one star. The star should dictate the level or standard of the hotel and its' facilities. Not the location. The location adds to the cost of the hotel in addition to its' rating. The bed linen and towels and room were clean, breakfast nice and staff fairly polite and helpful, as to be expected in any hotel.

The diplomatic word for the hotel is tired, if a friend asked me I would describe it as a dump. No facilities, worn carpets, old and stained beds, poor maintenance.... I could go on. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal, tea/coffee, juice and two slices of toast, no meat, no cheese, no fruit. I would have complained if I had paid £30 for this room. Receptionist when we arrived was walking around in bare feet! I don't think "Mike from Lowstoft" in the review on the front page was stopping at the same hotel!

When I parked the car and looked at the outside I had a sinking feeling, the inside did not do much to change that. It is all very tired, the walls have lots of scuff marks on them. My single room had 4 beds in it, if all 4 were used there would be no room for cases or clothes. The shower screen did not close properly. Beds very soft.

This hotel has gone down bank since our last stay with tatty rooms, stained carpets, broken furniture, mouldy tiles, very poor bath room. It has families staying there that leave push chairs at the bottom of the stairs almost blocking the fire escape The hotel upper corridors stink due to some people smoking an awfull concoction of tobacco ( obviously not informed the guests that smoking is prohibited) The continental breakfast is a joke Any one coming to the olympic games be aware of this hotel its awful and should be closed down

Simple check in / out process. Room was generally clean. Car park felt secure, although not closed off, but still felt happy enough about leaving the car. Reception girl called a taxi immediately when we had asked her to call one for 4.30, luckily we didnt get a charge. Fire alarm went off, for testing maybe? At 3am. Breakfast could have had slightly more choice.

Poor service, specially the recepcionists. They make you pay for the breakfast (It should have been included) unless you are full with just toasts with jam and butter, tea, coffee, cornflakes, milk and orange watery (as orange juice). We will never stay there again.
