Reasonably priced, full breakfast was extra, but very good. With a short bus journey from stop opposite, then a cheap tram (£1) to Wimbledon, better location than may appear for the tennis. |

The price was excellent and the hotel was OK We were placed in separate rooms even though we had booked a twin. Fortunately we were not a couple so did not bother us too much, |

The room was clean. The staff was nice. Where do I start? I think that it is worth mentioning that the hotel is located in a neighborhood where white people are scares. I am not a racist, however walking there even during the day is very sketchy and dangerous. The room in the hotel was the size of a closet. Even though there was supposed to be a desk, hairdryer and other things included in the room, no such amenities could be found. The bathroom was extremely small and the toilet had to be pumped in order to flush. I had to ask for two towels ( I stayed in a double room with my partner), as they only gave us one two days in a row. Breakfast was very basic, mainly cereal and cold toast. I was there on business and hardly spent time in the hotel, however the time I was there, I was sweating like crazy, because the room was on the third floor and had a tiny window (no AC). I also managed to hit my head in the ceiling several times while I was there as the ceiling was so low. I would describe it as anything but luxurious or spacey. |

The hotel was not as good as the website said. There was no bar, it was noisy, the rooms we out dated, and it smelt musty> also, the builders were in. |

Perfectly adequate for our short stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Room was over front door and next to main road, hence price. Room hot with window closed; too noisy with window open. |

Price wise it was very reasonable, there was wifi freely available but limited to public areas but there was room to spread my work out and table space for my computer. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There is free secure parking. The room was on the second floor with steep staircase to the second floor. There was no lower room or offer of help to carry my luggage despite the fact that I am a 60 year old woman. I had to make several trips to get my bags and computer to the top. The decor of the room was very shabby an hour spent on a coat of paint would have improved the look of the room by miles. |

Even though we arrived early the staff found us a room before the 3pm check in. The door to the bathroom was too big for the room. There was a ladder in the very small courtyard leaning against the wall. When it rained it rained in the room! The continental breakfast was just cheap cereal, carton of milk from corner shop and some toast that is not a continental breakfast. We went to the local tesco for our continental breakfast. |

The decor and fittings were a little tired but perfectly adequate and for the price could not grumble. Great value for money. My friend who is a resident of croyden described London Road as the rough end so I was dreading it. So have many observers on the internet. This particular hotel seemed fine and there was no need to worry |

Sorry to say, zero to like. Nevertheless the staff were polite considering the amount of complaints they had to deal with. Bathroom facilities were basic, mouldy and in need of complete renovation. Some wiring looked positively dangerous! |

Clean room and acceptable breakfast for the price. I was put in a single room, which was nowhere near as good as the last time I stayed here. No table lamp/no toilet roll replacement. Noisy , as it was next to the Breakfast Room and right on the main corridor. |

Valueable hotel staff services, free parking at the hotel, free Wi-Fi at the guest room. Good location, near the London's city (15 km). We don't like full english breakfast so we choosed continental. We missed variety of foods - continental breakfast is not just flakes and toast with butter & jam. I don't think is it professional from staff to ask you every morning if you'd like to cleaning service for your room. |
