Excellant for working away / buisness trip accommodation. Comfortable and accommodating. Had an evening meal one late night which was very cheap but average quality. Would have been happy to pay more but obviously they can only resource for demand Quite happy with all |

Friendly helpful staff. The price including breakfast was amazing for a hotel so close to town. The view outside the front of the hotel over the lochs were great. Dated, In need of restoration. I would only suggest this hotel because of the location combined with the price. Sadly the view from some rooms is a wall. |

clean room, hotel situation, comfort. I would recommend this hotel as we have stayed there before but only to certain people We had a family room which was over the "bar" - we had to go down 3 or 4 times to ask for the music to be switched down so that our 2 children could go to sleep. The service wasn`t brilliant either. On our first morning we had to wait ages for someone to take our breakfast order and we had to ask for a coffee!!. Just niggly little things like no blind/curtains on the bathroom window. The 2 single beds on your website turned out to be a 2 seater sofa bed |

The location just outside Fort William, on the lake shore was excellent. The food was ok, but not exciting. Good value for money |

The room was very basic but clean. No way you can sleep there because the walls are paper thin. Could literally talk to the people in the other room through the wall. |

The hotel is a bit dated, but the breakfast was good The first room we were given was a single room with two beds squashed into it to make it a twin. The second was better |

Free wi-fi access, plus nice lounge. Position overlooking the loch was brilliant and access for skye via Mallaig excellent. Newspapers not available. Small rooms for longer than a 1 day stay, I.e limited storage in room. Key food items missing at breakfast. |
