Everything felt very warm and welcoming and it was the warmth and comfort needed for the weather outside.
séjour particulièrement incroyable dans cette superbe maison. Vue incroyable. accueil Excelent, et le chien est vraiment très drôle ! Amazing stay in this wonderfull house, the view was incredible. very good welcoming and the dog was very funny
the Harry's pub was closed... :( so we have eating in the hostel restaurant, :)
Owners were very helpful and courteous--bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious!
Bit far from town. Good stopping off place but once you were 'home', you would have to drive into down for anything.
- Friendly hosts - Beautiful view - Quiet - Small town feel
- The ensuite bathroom was tiny
Lovely sitting room with a fire burning...warm and snug on a rainy night in November!
We wanted to say goodbye when we left the property but the host was busy and we could not get her attention, despite calling out, knocking on the kitchen door, etc.
wonderful views of antrim glens good breakfast spacious room friendly owners
The breakfast, the shower, the fireplace
The mattress (in the two twin beds bedroom)
Drinking tea with the host and chat!!
I stayed here for one night, but I should have stayed longer. The house was so nice and the the rooms were really comfortable. We were welcomed with opened arms. I would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah, and the view is amazing. The best way to start the day is to sit by the window, eat your homemade breakfast and enjoy the sum rising over the mountains.
Great cups of tea/coffee on arrival, with which to take in the great view.
Warm welcome from the friendly hosts. Big comfy room, excellent bed. Beautiful location just outside quaint and friendly Cushendall in the Glens of Antrim. All NI highlights within easy reach.
Views and proximity to town. For a country locale it is hard to beat. Very clean.
When we arrived around 4 pm no one was home. We went to the tourist info office and they were quite surprised and we learned that the owner was away and left her daughter in charge. We waited another hour and learned that she had an "appointment". A note on the door and a simple apology for not being there might have been helpful.
Hospitality, cleanliness, quality of presentation, quiet, very good quality breakfast.
lovely breakfast, very clean house, but most importantly, we came with a little one who was poorly - and the owner helped us to sooth him and divert his attention so that we could have breakfast! very thoughtful- we could have our breakfast undisturbed for the first time in a long time....it shows the attitude towards guests. :)
I would recommend staying here to anyone you are treated like family facilities are excellent its spotlessly clean and the food is first class. It's the only time we have been greeted and offered tea or coffee and a lovely bun. The views are stunning.
Location Hospitality Breakfast Cleanliness Comfort
Room was a bit small, but we were late bookers and got the last available (and smallest) room
Superb room, food and hospitality! Views are amazing.
Olive and James was the most charming kind generous people I have met. They made us so welcome and even dropped us down to the town to eat because we had been driving all day. Olive sent us on our way with her fruit cake that she bakes herself as well. How she does it all I don't know and she loves every minute of looking after everyone. Thanks to you both and we will be back.
Every thing but the couple who owns it was more than friendly and Notting any trouble james and olive was just fabulous people and room was out of this world will be recommending this to friends all the time and we will be back ourselves maybe with my we granddaughter next time
Food was absolutely beautiful
Lovely clean rooms, the cup of coffee/tea with sponge cake on arrival was an unexpected surprise after a long drive+ ferry crossing from Scottland.
Parking is a little tight if all rooms occupied with people arriving by car. Good restaurants are difficult to book in high season.
Service and atmosphere
Olive and James were welcoming and helpful, the B& B is in a beautiful location and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We loved the coffee and cake provided on our arrival.
Owner very helpful and friendly. Homely atmosphere, and excellent breakfast.
A bit outta town. Taxi needed to visit the town if out at night
