Everything was beyond expectations. The butlers also made me feel like Bruce Wayne. Very professional staff, who also upgraded us to a suite without any additional cost.
That we couldnt stay any longer, but thats not the hotels fault.
Massive yet comfortable room, good Wi Fi signal, good breakfast. Open fire in bedroom.
The staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was really excellent, it was one of the nicest meals I've had. It was impressed that it was quality over quantity.
Can't think of anything!
FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE STAFF
The staff went out of there way to make our stay perfect. Can't wait to visit again. Our room and view were excellent
Staff were helpful and friendly Rooms were full of character Grounds were beautiful Excellent breakfast and dinner
Staying at Culloden House is like going back in time when care and comfort of the guest mattered.
Welcoming staff, fires, lounges to relax in, food service, dining - dinner and breakfast, sauna, lovely grounds, huge rooms (we had two bathrooms!)
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite . My husband and myself had a great few days chill out , will definitely go back again .
The room was huge, really nice products in the bathroom and the bed was awesome!
The wifi wasn't working in the room unfortunately. The breakfast seemed pre-cooked and although there were many options it didn't feel very fresh.
The team at Culloden House was absolutely outstanding ! Service oriented , funny , personable - fantastic hosts !
Absolutely everything, especially the whisky bar/ choices .. the staff are quite extraordinary in their kindness and enthusiasm
Too much French cuisine, not enough grub!
Big room and great dinner and breakfast plus the Fire in our room was fabulous!!
The bed wasn't as comfy as hoped...
Warm , cosy & comfortable Excellent attentive staff Fine dining & excellent food Pricey but worth it !
Food was excellent and staff very helpful. Rooms lovely, warm and clean. We wouldn't hesitate before returning to this hotel.
Very little hot water and only one towel in the room. The staff did bring another towel and reset the boiler.
A nice deep, hot bath. Walled garden and friendly gardener. Complimentary afternoon tea.
Bedmats that did not look clean. Shabby appearance of paintwork possibly needing a good wash in places. Old furniture. Dining room was totally dull and uninviting. Dinner was just o.k.
Quite a nice night but expensive
The staff here are first class nothing is too much trouble. The food is wonderful, well presented and the choice is good. The attention to detail is very evident in this splendid hotel.
The staff at The Culloden House were quite simply superb. There were two or three staff that really stood out and made our visit very enjoyable. My husband is a Coeliac and he was very well catered for, all the staff were very informed of this auto immune disease. We were upgraded to a superior room which is always nice, especially after a particularly long drive.
The mattress wasn't the best, that's all I can think of!
The ambiance and staff were excellent, nothing to much trouble for them 5stars
Friendly, helpful staff Lovely room Bagpipe call to dinner Fabulous food We were upgraded
History and ambience of the House. Meals exceptional. Grounds and walled garden were a delight.
Radiator in bedroom had broken thermostat control and could not be turned off.
Luxurious comfort, wonderfully hospitable, superb cuisine, and remarkable value for a memorable stay.
The staff was wonderful The rooms were very comfortable Dinner was great
