We had a Junior Suite and it was excellent. The room was spacious and well fitted. Bathroom very clean Staff were polite, courteous and incredibly efficient. Breakfast was wonderful. Meal in Cultra Inn, excellent.
Leaving. I could live like this.
Great old lobby, restaurant and grounds. Cultra Inn is a separate bar/restaurant which is worth a visit. Rooms were average with classic having no aircon. Enjoyed our visit overall.
Rooms and facilities were very good indeed. Staff were very polite and helpful, grounds are spectacular.
Televisions in the rooms were almost useless and struggled to get a signal, for a 5 star hotel it was poor. Breakfast was rubbish, the hot food was tepid at best and not worth £25 for breakfast per person !
Good facility, quality food and staff
Room not ready until 4.30pm when advertised as 3pm! Some mould in bathroom!
Elegance and luxury - lovely bed linen. I love a turn down facility! Very good spa experience. Staff all lovely and food very good. Great situation beside Cultra with lovely walks nearby.
bedroom window looked into the lounge so people could see you in your room from the lounge and terrace. Also pool is very poor for swimmers - it's really just a play pool
General ambience is excellent, as is the attractive Spa pool. The views across Belfast Lough were uplifting, morning and night. Room was large and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Pillows were feather and the duvet goose down; luxurious, no doubt, but allergenic. Got them changed eventually but would have been nice to have been given the choice on arrival.
bed was comfortable. room was clean. nice toiletries.
over rated, overpriced. we paid $40AU for 2 glasses of wine! Did not dine in restaurant due to expense. A bit hard to find when new to city.
Public areas lovely. Staff great Grounds beautiful
The bathrooms badly need a make over. Dinner was a bit expensive and I would not pay £25 for breakfast!!!
The hotel was beautiful and the staff where excellent a very much enjoyed my stay at the culloden and spa. Stayed there as I found a lovely women from holywood, would come back , kind regard's James
Public rooms, spa, breakfast
Cultra Inn service and food awlful. Rooms not a five star quality...they had no AC or free wifi.
Easy to find Nice grounds Peaceful but only if away from wedding venues
Thick dust in bedroom Stained bed linen Used party poppers under the bed Broken bedroom phone lines Overpriced drinks Overpriced food Spa full of screaming children
this hotel is definitively the best of the country.
No air conditioning in our room
The bed was extremely comfortable- spacious. The grounds were beautiful. The dinner was very good.
The whole ambience was excellent, beautiful settings.
Lovely reception area with comfortable seating and great views.
Double bed was two singles pushed together: not acceptable for top quality hotel. Cobwebs in window - poor attention to detail. But worst of all was workmen starting noisy power-hosing and painting outside of our window at 8am - a more on-the-ball management would have alerted us to this or made sure we were in a room farther away. Overall: good 4*, definitely not 5*.
the whole experience was excellent.A perfect balance of charm and elegance without fuss.A wonderful event for my wife and I,who are not used to 5 star quality yet made to feel comfortable and at home. Thanks for everything.
Just a small thing, but it would have been nice to have tea and toast for breakfast in the dining room without having to pay for continental b,fast. But this in noway detracted from our wonderful experience.
From ariveing on the 6thjune, the staff could not do enough for me, kind and a smile from everyone. I had a stroke last september, and little power in my right hand, A male member helped to put my dickie bow on for me. Will be back again sometime.
Friendliness from staff and fellow guests, a no problem attitude over anything, my daughter and I slipped at the pool after leaving from changing and two staff could not have been more attentive. Will be back.
Perfect location and friendly staff
Speed of check in and check out could be improved
Grounds were beautiful, room was lovely ,
Bar staff at wedding were not very polite or cheerful, maitre d at cultra restaurant arrogant, condescending, rude and very unprofessional on Sunday 18th @ 1.30pm. As a whole as a 5star not very impressed.
The spa and pool were great.
No sky TV sport was disappointing and breakfast was very poor.
It's has a very relaxed atmosphere
It was very reserved and there was no were to socialise apart from the bar which was very quite
The whole feel of the place
Check out took to long
