Very friendly and helpfull staff, hotel is total luxury with a great spa facility. It was fantastic sitting by the fire in the bar in very relaxed atmosphere. Room was excellent. We didn't eat in the hotel but chose to have a dinner in the Cultra Inn, part of the hotel within the grounds, the food and service where superb. If you want to indulge in pure luxury, I can highly recommend the Culloden

The location close to belfast and the grounds in which the estate is set are beautiful . the "cultra inn" the restaurant on the grounds is a homely place with reasonably priced food The hotel us classed as 5 star yet the superior rose are very small for 5 star, and lack basics like a fridge in the room. The bathrooms are compact; and again you should expect more from this class of hotel. For the price it is expensive.

Everything! From the welcome received at the reception to the consistent professionalism of all the staff we met. Our room was stunning - I could have happily spent the entire weekend in it! The view of Belfast Lough was "worth going the journey" for alone. All the meals we had were excellent, especially our meal in the Mitre restaurant. We were there the week before Christmas and already the atmosphere was very festive. Only wish we could've gone back for Christmas! Nothing!

The rooms were very large and beds very comfortable . The staff were helpful and nice. The restaurant menu was very limited and the Cultra Inn on the grounds of the hotel was extremely disappointing . We were left no towels after room service but when we rang down for same they had them delivered within 5 min !!

The appearance of the estate and hotel was very pleasing. The overall experience was disappointing. Having stayed in several 5 star hotels the Culloden did not meet 5 star expectations. For instance, shortage of toilet roll, no water in the room, no foreign exchange service, the room was mediocre. When someone pays £130 for room only they expect to be 'wowed'. This was not the case at all.

Quiet, maybe a bit too quiet, lovely gardens, large room. Catered for more of the over 50s. Breakfast over priced £18.00 per head, I thought this was included when I booked it, and £6.00 for a sandwich? Overall lovely hotel, but just under £500.00 for 4 nights for a room only was steep.

Very Friendly and Helpful Staff. Spa Area was lovely and the pool area etc very enjoyable. Breakfast completely overpriced. And the wireless internet not being complimentary is ridiculos in a 5 Star Hotel.

The location was perfect 12 minutes to downtownBelfast on the train. Walk to Ulster folk park and transit museum. The grounds and the views were lovely. The food was gourmet quality and the room was very large with every amenity imaginable but it was the delightful professional staff that made it truly exceptional. For the pric ed it was very good value. I would recommend this hotel to any one. It was great

Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice lounge area. Comfortable with good service. cleanliness could have been better in the bathroom. Some mould in bathroom, particularly visible when taking a "relaxing" bath. Bedroom doors slammed closed. Extremely average food served at a wedding but perhaps the restaurant would be better. Wedding food is typically hit and miss.

The ability to enjoy the swimmming facilities as I attended the Travel event, the purpose to my visitning the hotel in the first place. I also availed of Room Service as I was able to choose from the dining room menu. (I did not like the room service menu - did not allow for a proper meal choice). Service of staff was excellent. On this occasion nothing but had I been staying longer I would have been adversly affected by the lack of loungers by the pool as the three that were there had been reserved with towels and personal belongings. I would have liked to lounge there and definitely had I been staying for the weekend would have found this sadly wanting.

The hotel is magnificent and the grounds were fabulous. I would stay again and would recommend this hotel. My stay at the culloden was very nice. My only complaint would have been the Receptionist when we arrive. I found her to be unpleasant. We had been given the 2 night stay as a gift and we wanted to find out what this included breakfast etc and to check if we needed to upgrade. She was not helpful.

A high quality accomodation set in a tranquil and beautiful location in close proximity to the city with a comprehensive range of relaxation facilities associated with the Spa. I was disappointed with the arrangements for breakfast. While there were waiting on staff, their primary function was to ensure seating and the provision of beverages. Each person had to queue and serve themselves from a series of hotplates which for a five star hotel were not in keeping with expectations.
