The center of Paignton is only a 10-minute walk away and all of the area’s pubs, bars and restaurants are within easy reach. The bus and train stations, and the harbor, are also close by. Free on-site parking is available. Rooms have TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Double and family rooms with private bathrooms are available. Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in some of the rooms. Guests can choose a full traditional cooked English breakfast or a lighter continental breakfast. Very hospitable & welcoming. Guest house very comfortable & clean. A lovely tv room downstairs with a big screen & a blue-ray player for guests to enjoy. Can book room only, & there is a fridge & toaster in the dining room for guests use, or weekends & school holidays breakfast available if wanted £5 a head extra. A great guest house, well located & a very short walk from Paignton sea front. We had a great stay :)
