Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα τοποθέτησης επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
Θα χρεωθεί ολόκληρο το ποσό τουλάχιστον 7 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη και δεν επιστρέφεται.
Κατοικίδια

Staying in an apartment gives you more space and comfort than a hotel room. It is like a home away from home. This particular apartment on Duke Street, Liverpool was very classy and also had secure underground parking. This aparment would not be suitable for stags etc. No, we were very happy with the apartment. |

Kitchen had plenty of working appliances and utensils. The receptionist who was on site during our stay was very helpful, especially considering the long list of complaints we had. Upon arrival we were re-located without prior notice, which resulted in taking more time and money in taxi fairs during our stay. When we eventually arrived at our apartment there was workmen in the stairwell removing and replacing the carpet on the stairs which was still not complete on our departure, and we had to climb over the workmen and their tools just to get to our apartment. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with mold on the tiles and clumps of hair in the sink, alongside a few stained towels and bedsheets. Also a loose metal curtain rail fell off the wall hitting one member of our group on the head. |

convenient to the docks and the shopping area there are pubs and clubs just beside the apartment which makes a lot of noise.check in late has a charge which was not mention.you have to pick up the key from another place which is about 15 minutes or more drive. |

Proximity to the centre of Liverpool. Extra space gained by apartment rather than hotel room. had to collect keys from different property in a different area of Liverpool. Staff did not know that we wanted car parking space, although this was requested in booking. Did not give us key to garage which meant we had to return to their offices for a second time to collect this. |

It was very central. The distance to walk to get the keys and leave them off. In saying that the walk didnt do us any harm. |

Das Apartement war nahe Citylage alles wie beschrieben. Wenn man statt Hotel sein "Eigenheim" als Aufenthaltsort wählt! Naja es war zwar irgendwo geschrieben, dass wir die Schlüssel ganz wo anders abholen sollten aber bei den Bildern sah man eine Rezeption und die Bemerkung war ganz am ende der Buchungsbestätigung. (ich meine wer liest das bitte?) |

Pænt og rent - gode ambitioner. De tidligere lejere havde smadret en stor del af lejligheden og ribbet køkkenet for en stor del af inventaret. Halvdelen af pærerne i lejligheden var gået. En inspektion af lejligheden før den blev lejet ud igen skulle have været foretaget. |

la posizione, ho prenotato un appartamento da 8 posti letto, mi sono stati forniti due appartamenti da 4 posti su due piani diversi, l'appartamento era privo di pentole per cucinare ( 1 sola pentola sporca ).mancano tavolo e sedie in sala da pranzo. |
