It was clean!

They are not luxury apartments as described and there is a brothel/lap dancing bar directly opposite which was open till about five in the morning. Very noisy could not sleep. The secure car park is not secure as the gates don't work. Other apartments very noisy till early hours. Would not recommend at all.

Very spacious and well serviced, particularly for the price. Good location for City centre, shops, bars and sights very nearby.

There were some noisy bars nearby. It didnt bother me too much but may bother others.

Prime and safe location. Easy access to apartments!

Very poor location, apartment was next to a strippers club, so noise till 5am in morning, no tv in room, overall would not go back and will tell this to friends and family, out of 10 I would give it 1

The Manager was very polite and was very happy to give us our money back.

We had a very bad experience no security on the front entrance, door handle to apartment came off in our hand, blind fell down, and wardbrode door was coming off, Apartment very close to two nightclubs which I believe goes on until 4am in the morning, we decided to move.

We were upgraded to the duplex suite and the accommodation was great. We had 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a big living/eating/kitchen area. Furniture and furnishings were good, but some minor problems with the blinds. Carpets and wooden floor hadn't been swept (hair grips and crumbs and clothes tags on the floor), there was no toilet paper supplied, and the patio door didn't lock. But overall we loved the place and would certainly re-book if the occasion arose.

good location but a bit noisy at 4am i morning.

i got a refund of £100.00 having complained about the apartment being dirty and shabby.the couch in the living room was very dirty and the mattress was a discrase.the housekeepers came to the apartment and agreed with me the the place was awful. when we moved a bed side cabinet we found a chip and some hair clips and place was very badly cleaned i hope you have done something now thank you veronica ewington.

the apartment was spacious, clean and had good facilities. It was also very close to the centre of town.

The hotel was located in an alleyway at the back of several nightclubs. The noise all night made it virtually impossible to sleep.

The apartment was very well located in the city center.

We had to pick up the key at the other side of the city (30 minutes walk). At arrival, there were no wifi keys available (only 4 available for all apartments). The lady at the desk was very unfriendly. We booked a 4-pers apartment, however, the 3rd and 4th person had to sleep on a small 1-pers.sleeping couch in the livingroom which was very cheap and noisy. On my advice, don't book an apartment at base servised apartments.

The apartment was dirty. The front door handle came off in my hand & the door frame was wobbly. The towels had holes in. The walls had stains on them.

Location was great,just 5 minutes walk from the city center. The bathroom and the kitchen in the apartmtment was nice.

Did not like the beds.We were six guys who had to share two king size beds and one sleeping sofa. The beds were to narrow and the madrasses so thin that you felt the material underneath...not comfortable at all. We even had to share the covers. The sleeping sofa were even narrower so the sixth person booked himself a hotelroom instead. There is only one key but it should be three in my opinion when you are six different individuals with different wiews on how to experience the nightlife.The checkout time was too early. Between ten and elleven AM on a sunday is a real test considering you have to deliever the key on the other side of the city center where you first picked it up. You can further you departure but that will cost you £20 extra.

we had a fanitastic stay at these apartments, great location central to get around. we were here for a girly weekend and would return again. the rooms were clean and everything you would want for the price. it is a bit noisy but as we were there for a girly weekend it did not bother us. it saved us batteries on our ipods. i had no problem when collecting the keys as it is around 7mins walk from lime street station. we did though get a taxi to collect them but still didnt find this a problem. i enjoyed my stay along with the majority of the 21 people that was in my party. the staff were all very helpful and very nice. i would return again.

Location is good and the rates are cheap.

Hotel was not upto the standard I expected, Many things such broken or hanging off the walls. Sofa was ripped and double beds way to small to sleep 2 people. Also when we left the apartments and got back to london I received an email claiming that my party had broken things and not washed cups and plates up therefore I was being fined £150 for this. That statement was incorrect and its an obvious money making scam from Base Apartments. Be aware.
