convenient to the docks and the shopping area there are pubs and clubs just beside the apartment which makes a lot of noise.check in late has a charge which was not mention.you have to pick up the key from another place which is about 15 minutes or more drive. |

Proximity to the centre of Liverpool. Extra space gained by apartment rather than hotel room. had to collect keys from different property in a different area of Liverpool. Staff did not know that we wanted car parking space, although this was requested in booking. Did not give us key to garage which meant we had to return to their offices for a second time to collect this. |

It was very central. The distance to walk to get the keys and leave them off. In saying that the walk didnt do us any harm. |

It smelt a bit like somebody had been sick in the main bedroom, not a brilliant lane to be walking when your on your own with a small child. The location of the appartment was a nightmare to find, took us 2 hours. |

Lovely - everything you need and more! Very central. Fantastic apartments. Very clean. Bit of noise from outside at night, but very safe. |

Good central location in city. Decent quality and sized apartment, furnishing and facilities in apartment were mostly good. Check-in after 5.30pm not available without £20 courier charge, and check-out before 9.00am not possible (nowhere to leave the key!). Mattress was in very poor condition so bed was uncomfortable. Batteries in TV remote were flat, TV reception poor. |

la posizione, ho prenotato un appartamento da 8 posti letto, mi sono stati forniti due appartamenti da 4 posti su due piani diversi, l'appartamento era privo di pentole per cucinare ( 1 sola pentola sporca ).mancano tavolo e sedie in sala da pranzo. |
