Breakfast and location to Harrow main street.
The room I had was close to main road and traffic noise was excessive so much so that the hotel actually supplied two boxes of earplugs!
Good location for the Tube and town center shops. Free car park. Good selection for breakfast.
The room we had was next to the main road so a bit noisy.
The staff are very friendly. The hotel is UN an excellent spot for shopping. The shops are two minutes away. It is also only five miles from the Royal National Orthopedic Hospital which I have to attend regularly.
The bath was two high to climb into for a shower and the shower needed to be replaced. It was broken.
hot water not very hot, only tepid
Room 102 - completely quiet (brilliant). Room 107 - quiet most of the time. Inevitable thump of footsteps as people walked past.
The steep stairs - especially the last 9 steps up to rooms 102 / 107. Very dangerous. They nee a right hand-rail.
Staff were ok.
Everything else was of a very poor standard indeed.
Food in the attached bar & the breakfast were good-no complaints! Free parking & good location helps!
Small room backing onto road one side & the car park the other...if you're not 'upgraded'..& have to take the 'walk of shame' after check in down the side of the hotel & through the car park to your room..which was quite dark..
Stairs (no lift).
Hotel stay to enable local hospital visit. Immaculately clean hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Bed extremely comfortable. Perfect location for local amenities. Easy, free parking. Great value for money - highly recommended.
Decor a little dated and road noise next to bedroom (which was greatly reduced when window closed).
Good customer service and comfortable room
The first room looked like a squat, the furniture was in terrible condition and the traffic noise was loud, we then swapped to another room that was already occupied, the third room was acceptable
Pleasantly surprised after the trek to find it. The room was clean, modern and cosy but still spacious and had a privacy wall between the twin beds which was a nice touch. Lovely selection of teas and coffee too!
It was a bit of a trek to our room as was through the main hotel and across the car park and then up quite a few flights of stairs. It seemed like we were in the attic. Ensuite shower room was also small and so had to dry off in bedroom. We still loved the room though!
Specious room and most of all clean.
The property has no lift and that is a big problem when you have to carruage luggage.
The stIairs look like a maze but rooms are clean and good!
They might consider painting white or changing the room doors.
The hotel was very close to the tube station, which you can catch directly into the center of London. And it was a very low cost hotel... which probably explains it's condition.
The room was very dirty with the wallpaper pealing off and some suspect stains on the walls and carpet. There was a very noisy road right outside window, which would have been acceptable if the window had actually shut properly. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we were not sure if they had been changed as we found a t shirt and a watch tucked inside one of them. This is defiantly not somewhere you'd stay for a long holiday, as one night was barely acceptable....
Being able to adjust the radiator temperature manually and being able to get subtitles on the TV.
Noise from some sort of machinery outside the window even when the windows were closed.
little old cold rooms
very uncomfortable bed Need for token exiting car park
Staff, location, food and taxi travel (£12 to Wembley) all made it a good, value for money, friendly stay Ideally located within a good town centre too for shopping and post night out food
Minor - our room was in the annex building, as far away as we could get from the rest of our party - not a massive deal as the hotel is not huge
Friendly, helpful staff at check-in, particularly the lovely man who carried my case up to my room. My double room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient.
I was dissapointed just to have a small shower (not very powerful) in the bathroom and not a bath. The bathroom was a big dissapointment compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
Good location. would stay again
Small hard bed
Reception really helpful in printing directions advising on places to eat etc. Wi fi included in price and very easy to log onto and fast connection. Very friendly and helpful staff nothing too much trouble
not being able to use restaurant /bat on our first night as it was closed for private function. Had to have breakfast in room sunday as leaving before 8am and while was ok was very basic.
Good location in harrow. Off main street and 7 minutes to tube station (metropolitan line). Nice room. Clean. Decent breakfast. Fast free wifi.
Overall very good. My room was in a complex of rooms outwith the main hotel which was a little isolated. It was also near a main road so there was some traffic noise. Can't complain though because I got a good deal (£60 for double bed with breakfast + wifi)
